Abstract
Description
前記パイプ接続部が、前記パイプに嵌合可能な断面円形をなし、前記パイプに対し周方向に沿って接触する接点部を有しているとよい。パイプ接続部がパイプに嵌合可能な断面円形をなしていてパイプに差し込み可能とされるため、端子金具とパイプとの接続作業を円滑に行うことができる。接点部がパイプに対し周方向に沿って接触することで、接触抵抗が不要に上昇するのを回避することができる。
以下、実施例1を図面に基づいて説明する。本実施例1に係る導電部材10は、例えば、ハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車などの自動車に配索されるワイヤハーネスを構成するものであって、互いに接続可能なパイプ20及び端子金具60を備えている。パイプ20及び端子金具60は、いずれも導電金属製であって、一定の形状を保持する剛性と、電気回路を構成する導電性とを有している。
組み付けに際し、端子金具60のパイプ接続部61がパイプ20内に差し込まれる。パイプ接続部61の一端部開口端(差し込み方向の先端部)がパイプ20の凹陥部22の端面部分に当て止めされると、端子金具60のそれ以上の差し込みが規制される。このとき、パイプ接続部61は、他端側の一部(露出部66)を除いてパイプ20に内嵌され、外周面がパイプ20の内周面に沿って当接可能に配置される。
以下、他の実施例を簡単に説明する。
(1)実施例1では、パイプ接続部が中空状に形成されていたが、本発明の場合、パイプ接続部が中実状に形成されるものであってもよい。
(2)実施例1では、パイプ接続部が相手接続部と一体に連なる形態であったが、本発明の場合、パイプ接続部が、相手接続部と別体とされ、相手接続部に溶着などして一体化されるものであってもよい。
(3)実施例1では、パイプ接続部がパイプに内嵌されたが、本発明の場合、パイプ接続部がパイプに外嵌されるものであってもよい。
(4)実施例1では、相手接続部が丸型端子形状に形成されていたが、本発明の場合、相手接続部は、相手接続部としての雄型端子金具が挿入接続可能となるように箱状の接続部分を有する雌端子形状に形成されるものであってもよく、あるいは、相手接続部としての雌型端子金具に挿入接続可能となるようにタブを有する雄端子形状に形成されるものであってもよい。
(5)実施例1では、凹部がスウェージング加工によって形成されていたが、本発明の場合、凹部が径方向に接離可能な一対の金型により押圧して形成されるものであってもよい。そうすると、凹部はパイプの径方向両側に形成され、同じく接点部はパイプ接続部の径方向両側に形成されることになる。
(6)実施例1では、凹陥部がスウェージング加工によって形成されていたが、本発明の場合、凹陥部が径方向に接離可能な一対の金型により押圧して形成されるものであってもよい。そうすると、凹陥部はパイプの径方向両側に形成されることになる。

Claims (5)
- 導電性のパイプと、
一端側に前記パイプに接続されるパイプ接続部を有するとともに、他端側に相手導体部に接続される相手接続部を有する端子金具とを備えることを特徴とする導電部材。 - 前記パイプ接続部が、前記パイプに嵌合可能な断面円形をなし、前記パイプに対し周方向に沿って接触する接点部を有している請求項1に記載の導電部材。
- 前記パイプ接続部が前記パイプに内嵌され、前記パイプには径方向内側に凹む凹部が形成され、前記接点部が前記凹部に対応して凹む形状をなしている請求項2に記載の導電部材。
- 前記パイプ接続部が前記パイプに内嵌され、前記パイプには径方向内側に凹む凹陥部が形成され、前記パイプ接続部の端部が前記パイプ内にて前記凹陥部に当て止めされる請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の導電部材。
- 前記相手接続部が前記パイプ接続部に一体に連設される平板状をなしている請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の導電部材。
