Claims (8)
- 有機材料層を含む画素を含む表示領域が形成された基板と、前記表示領域を覆う封止層とを有する表示パネルを備え、
前記封止層が導電層を含む、
有機EL表示装置。 - 前記表示パネルの前記封止層側にタッチパネルが配置される、請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記導電層のシート抵抗が500Ω/□以下である、請求項1または2に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記導電層の可視光透過率が50%以上である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記封止層が絶縁材料膜を含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記封止層が、第1の絶縁材料膜、前記導電層および第2の絶縁材料膜をこの順で含む、請求項5に記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記導電層がバインダー樹脂および導電性材料を含む、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の有機EL表示装置。
- 前記導電性材料がナノワイヤおよび/またはナノチューブである、請求項7に記載の有機EL表示装置。
