前記回転部材の動力伝達部以外の部分は鉄材との接合が容易な第1の材料と、前記第1の材料に比べて鉄材との接合が容易でなく且つ鉄材より軽量な第2の材料とでなるクラッド材で形成されていることを特徴とする。
前記クラッド材の第1の材料が鉄材であり、第2の材料がアルミニウム材であり、前記クラッド材は、前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料の2層構造であることを特徴とする。
前記回転部材は、該回転部材の動力伝達部以外の部分における前記動力伝達部との接合部と、前記回転部材のスプライン部における前記摩擦板との係合部とが、前記クラッド材の第1の材料で形成されていることを特徴とする。
前記クラッド材は、中間層が前記第2の材料で形成されると共に、該中間層の両側の層が前記第1の材料で形成される3層構造であることを特徴とする。
前記回転部材のスプライン部は、前記摩擦板との反係合部側が前記クラッド材の第1の材料で形成されることを特徴とする。
前記回転部材の動力伝達部は、前記回転部材の軸と直交する方向の縦壁部を有しており、
前記クラッド材は、前記縦壁部に接合されて連結されていることを特徴とする。
前記回転部材の動力伝達部は、前記回転部材の軸と平行な方向に中心線を有する周面部を有しており、
前記クラッド材は、前記周面部に接合されて連結されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 摩擦板を軸方向に移動可能に係合するスプライン部と、
他の回転要素との間で動力を授受する動力伝達部と、を有するドラム部材とハブ部材のうちの少なくとも一方の回転部材を備えた自動変速機の摩擦締結装置であって、
前記回転部材の動力伝達部は鉄材で形成され、
前記回転部材の動力伝達部以外の部分は鉄材との接合が容易な第1の材料と、前記第1の材料に比べて鉄材との接合が容易でなく且つ鉄材より軽量な第2の材料とでなるクラッド材で形成されていることを特徴とする自動変速機の摩擦締結装置。 - 前記クラッド材の第1の材料が鉄材であり、第2の材料がアルミニウム材であり、前記クラッド材は、前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料の2層構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機の摩擦締結装置。
- 前記回転部材は、該回転部材の動力伝達部以外の部分における前記動力伝達部との接合部と、前記回転部材のスプライン部における前記摩擦板との係合部とが、前記クラッド材の第1の材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動変速機の摩擦締結装置。
- 前記クラッド材は、中間層が前記第2の材料で形成されると共に、該中間層の両側の層が前記第1の材料で形成される3層構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機の摩擦締結装置。
- 前記回転部材のスプライン部は、前記摩擦板との反係合部側が前記クラッド材の第1の材料で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動変速機の摩擦締結装置。
- 前記回転部材の動力伝達部は、前記回転部材の軸と直交する方向の縦壁部を有しており、
前記クラッド材は、前記縦壁部に接合されて連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機の摩擦締結装置。 - 前記回転部材の動力伝達部は、前記回転部材の軸と平行な方向に中心線を有する周面部を有しており、
前記クラッド材は、前記周面部に接合されて連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機の摩擦締結装置。
