Abstract

Claims (19)
- エレベータシステムのためのベルトであって、
ベルトの幅に沿って配置され、前記ベルトの長さに沿って長手方向に延びる、複数のテンション部材であって、各テンション部材が、複数の荷重保持繊維を含み、前記複数の荷重保持繊維が、複数の芳香族ポリエステルベースのファイバを含んでいる、前記複数のテンション部材と、
少なくとも部分的に前記複数のテンション部材を包含しているジャケット材料と、を備えた、前記ベルト。 - 前記芳香族ポリエステルファイバが、液晶ポリマ材料から形成されている、請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記複数の荷重保持繊維が、少なくとも50%の芳香族ポリエステルファイバを含んでいる、請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記複数の荷重保持繊維が、カーボンファイバ、グラスファイバ、超高分子量ポリエチレンファイバ、超高分子量ポリプロピレン、ポリベンゾオキサゾールファイバ、またはナイロンファイバの1つまたは複数をさらに含んでいる、請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記ジャケット材料が、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、エチレン・プロピレン・ジエン・エラストマ、クロロプレン、クロロスルホニルポリエチレン、エチレン・ビニル・アセテート、ポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、ブチルゴム、アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・ゴム、スチレン・ブタジエン・ゴム、アクリルエラストマ、フルオロエラストマ、シリコンエラストマ、ポリオレフィンエラストマ、スチレンブロック、及びジエンエラストマ、天然ゴム、ならびに、少なくとも2つの混合物の任意の組合せを含むグループから選択される、請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記複数の荷重保持繊維を、マトリクス材料内にも分布することができる、請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記マトリクス材料が、ポリウレタン、ビニルエステル、またはエポキシ材料である、請求項6に記載のベルト。
- エレベータの通路と、
前記エレベータの通路内に配置され、このエレベータの通路内を移動可能であるエレベータの箱と、
前記エレベータの箱を前記エレベータの通路に沿って吊下げ及び/または駆動するように、前記エレベータの箱に操作可能に接続されたベルトであって、
ベルトの幅に沿って配置され、前記ベルトの長さに沿って長手方向に延びる、複数のテンション部材であって、各テンション部材が、複数の荷重保持繊維を含み、前記複数の荷重保持繊維が、複数の芳香族ポリエステルベースのファイバを含んでいる、前記複数のテンション部材と、
少なくとも部分的に前記複数のテンション部材を包含しているジャケット材料と、
を含む、前記ベルトと、
を備えた、前記エレベータシステム。 - 前記芳香族ポリエステルファイバが、液晶ポリマ材料で形成されている、請求項8に記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記複数の荷重保持繊維が、少なくとも50%の芳香族ポリエステルファイバを含んでいる、請求項8に記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記複数の荷重保持繊維が、カーボンファイバ、グラスファイバ、超高分子量ポリエチレンファイバ、超高分子量ポリプロピレン、ポリベンゾオキサゾールファイバ、またはナイロンファイバの1つまたは複数をさらに含んでいる、請求項8に記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記複数の荷重保持繊維が、マトリクス材料内に分布されている、請求項8に記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記マトリクス材料が、ポリウレタン、ビニルエステル、またはエポキシ材料である、請求項12に記載のエレベータシステム。

- 前記芳香族ポリエステルファイバが、液晶ポリマ材料で形成されている、請求項14に記載のテンション部材。
- 前記複数の荷重保持繊維が、少なくとも50%の芳香族ポリエステルファイバを含んでいる、請求項14に記載のテンション部材。
- 前記複数の荷重保持繊維が、カーボンファイバ、グラスファイバ、超高分子量ポリエチレンファイバ、超高分子量ポリプロピレン、ポリベンゾオキサゾールファイバ、またはナイロンファイバの1つまたは複数をさらに含んでいる、請求項14に記載のテンション部材。
