Claims (3)
- 排気系の排気ガスが曲折して流れる流れ変更部に設置され且つ該流れ変更部の上流側から吹き付けられた添加剤の噴霧を衝突させて受熱により気化を促すリアクタであって、排気ガスの前記流れ変更部に対する流入方向と流出方向とが成す角度を略二等分する方向へ並ぶように配列される複数枚の整流羽根と、該各整流羽根の両端部を支持して前記流れ変更部内に収容される支持体とを備え、該支持体が前記各整流羽根の並び方向に斜辺を成す一対の対向側壁を有し且つ該各対向側壁の前記斜辺に複数段の差込口が形成されており、該各差込口に前記各整流羽根が上流側から両端部を差し込まれて組み付けられ且つその組み付け状態にて前記各整流羽根が排気ガスの流れに沿う取り付け姿勢を成すように形成されていることを特徴とするリアクタ。
- 各整流羽根の下流側に排気ガスの流れを流れ変更部からの流出方向へ案内するフィンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリアクタ。
- 支持体の下流側に流れ変更部の流路壁に内嵌装着される固定リングが付設されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のリアクタ。
