Claims (5)
- インナ軸部材の外周に離隔して中間筒部材が配設されており、該インナ軸部材と該中間筒部材とが本体ゴム弾性体で連結されていると共に、該中間筒部材にアウタ筒部材が外嵌固定されている一方、該インナ軸部材と該アウタ筒部材との間には該インナ軸部材を挟んだ両側に流体室がそれぞれ形成されていると共に、かかる両側の流体室を連通するオリフィス通路が設けられた流体封入式筒形防振装置であって、
少なくとも一方の前記流体室における軸方向の少なくとも一方の側壁部において、該側壁部の周方向の中央部分に位置して軸直角方向に延びる厚肉の中央連結部と、該中央連結部よりも薄肉とされて該側壁部の周方向の両側部分にそれぞれ位置して広がる薄肉の可撓壁部とが、形成されていることを特徴とする流体封入式筒形防振装置。 - 前記可撓壁部が、前記インナ軸部材と前記アウタ筒部材との間を軸直角方向に湾曲して延びる断面形状とされている請求項1に記載の流体封入式筒形防振装置。
- 前記流体室の前記側壁部には、周方向の両側部分に位置して軸方向外面に開口する凹所が設けられており、該側壁部が該凹所で薄肉化されることで前記可撓壁部が構成されている一方、該側壁部の軸方向内面は、前記中央連結部と該可撓壁部とに亘って一定の内面形状で周方向に広がっている請求項1又は2に記載の流体封入式筒形防振装置。
- 前記インナ軸部材を挟んで形成された両方の前記流体室において、軸方向両側に位置する前記側壁部のそれぞれに前記中央連結部と前記可撓壁部とが設けられている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式筒形防振装置。
- 前記中間筒部材には、軸方向中間部分において軸直角方向で対向位置する部分にそれぞれ開口する一対の窓部が設けられており、前記本体ゴム弾性体に設けられた一対のポケット部がそれぞれ該中間筒部材の該窓部を通じて外周面に開口されていると共に、該中間筒部材の該一対の窓部が前記アウタ筒部材で覆蓋されることによって、該一対のポケット部で一対の前記流体室が構成されている請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の流体封入式筒形防振装置。
