前記ロウ付けギャップ(303)に配置されたロウ付け材料を含むロウ付けジョイントであり、前記ロウ付け材料は、前記インサート(301)の前記外面に焼結されており、前記超合金タービン部品(201)は、前記インサート(301)と前記超合金タービン部品(201)の間に拡散層(302)を有する、ロウ付けジョイントと、

Claims (15)
- 部品(201)を処理するための方法であって、
前記部品(201)の一部分(203)を除去するように、前記部品(201)にテーパ付きスロット(204)を機械加工する工程(101)と、
前記テーパ付きスロット(204)の寸法を決定するために前記テーパ付きスロット(204)を計測する工程(102)と、
インサート(301)の外面と前記テーパ付きスロット(204)の内面との間のロウ付けギャップ(303)を伴って、前記テーパ付きスロット(204)に対応する幾何形状を有するように前記インサート(301)を形成する工程(103)と、
前記インサート(301)の前記外面にロウ付け材料の層を付着させる工程(104)と、
拡散層(302)を形成するように前記インサート(301)の前記外面に前記ロウ付け材料の前記層を焼結させる工程(105)と、
前記テーパ付きスロット(204)内に前記インサート(301)を配置する工程(106)と、
前記インサート(301)を前記部品(201)に結合するように前記部品(201)をロウ付けする工程(107)と、
を含む方法。 - 前記計測は、白色光3D計測システム、青色光3D計測システム、レーザーによる計測システム、およびそれらの組合せから成る群から選択される計測システムを利用することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記付着は、パウダースプレー、テープまたはフォイル蒸着、物理的気相成長法(PVD)、化学的気相成長法(CVD)、熱スプレー、電気溶着、溶融めっき、冷浸漬形成法、レーザーによる蒸着、溶接による蒸着、およびそれらの組合せから成る群から選択されるプロセスを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記層の厚さが、前記インサート(301)の前記外面と前記テーパ付きスロット(204)の前記内面とを隔てる前記ロウ付けギャップ(303)と同じである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部品(201)は、合金またはニッケル系超合金、コバルト系超合金、鉄系超合金、チタン系超合金、およびそれらの組合せから成る群から選択される超合金材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部品(201)は、単結晶(SX)材料、一方向凝固(DS)材料、等軸結晶(EX)材料、およびそれらの組合せから成る群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
