化粧品評価専門パネル20名に表1記載の実施例及び比較例のアイカラーを使用してもらい、「ケーキングのなさ」は、連続使用によりケーキングが発生しないかどうかを、各試料を100回ずつ塗布具にて使用した後評価した。「しっとり感」は、化粧膜が粉っぽく感想を感じずしっとり感を有するかどうかについて、各自が以下の基準に従って5段階評価し、ファンデーション毎に評点を付し、更に全パネルの評点の平均点を以下の判定基準に従って判定した。
