Abstract
Description
後述の製造方法で得られる表面処理金属板における樹脂層の表面粗さを、JIS B0031:2003の規定に準拠した方法により、測定した。
後述の製造方法で得られる複合部材において、表面処理金属板の長手方向端部とプラスチックの長手方向端部とを、25℃の雰囲気下で、引張試験機のチャックで掴み、10mm/分の引張速度で引張り、プラスチックが表面処理金属板から剥離した時の引張強度を測定し、その値を接着強度とした。ただし、表面処理金属板の長手方向端部とは、プラスチックで覆われていない方の端部のことであり、プラスチックの長手方向端部とは、表面処理金属板が接着されていない方の端部のことである。
(樹脂層形成用塗工液)
・分散液1
反応容器に、プロピレン含量が100質量%であるポリオレフィン(ホモポリプロピレン、日本ポリプロ株式会社製のノバテックMA3)を1kg仕込み、窒素通気下、常圧、360℃で、熱減成反応(加熱によりポリオレフィン分子の一部を切断し、分子の大きさを調整する反応)を30分間行った。得られたポリオレフィン98質量部と、無水マレイン酸2質量部と、ジクミルパーオキシド0.3質量部とを、反応容器に仕込み、攪拌下、180℃で3時間反応させた。そうすることによって、酸価4.7mgKOH/g、数平均分子量12000、融点140℃の酸変性ポリオレフィンが得られた。これを第1酸変性ポリオレフィンとした。この第1酸変性ポリオレフィンを粉砕した。そして、この粉砕した第1酸変性ポリオレフィンを、その濃度が20質量%となるように、ソルベッソ150に分散させた。このようにして得られた分散液を分散液1とした。
反応容器に、ポリオレフィン(プロピレン/エチレン共重合体、日本ポリプロ株式会社製のウィンテックWFWST)を1kg仕込み、窒素通気下、常圧、340℃で、熱減成反応を30分間行った。得られたポリオレフィン92質量部と、無水マレイン酸8質量部と、ジクミルパーオキシド1.2質量部とを、ガラス製反応容器に仕込み、攪拌下、180℃で3時間反応させた。そうすることによって、酸価45mgKOH/g、数平均分子量21000、融点125℃の酸変性ポリオレフィンが得られた。これを第2酸変性ポリオレフィンとした。この第2酸変性ポリオレフィンを粉砕した。そして、この粉砕した第2酸変性ポリオレフィンを、その濃度が10質量%となるように、ソルベッソ150に溶解させた。このようにして得られた溶解液を溶解液2とした。
前記分散液1と前記溶解液2とを、第1酸変性ポリオレフィンと第2ポリオレフィンとの質量比が95:5となるように混合した。これによって、得られた液を樹脂層形成用塗工液とした。
厚さ1mmの合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を用意した。この合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板は、両面にめっき処理を行い、その付着量が片面30g/m2ずつである鋼板である。そして、この合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の両面には、日本パーカライジング株式会社製のCTE−213Aを用いて、その付着量が片面100mg/m2ずつとなるように下地処理をした。この下地処理した合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の表面に、前記樹脂形成用塗工液を、最終的に得られる表面処理金属板の樹脂層が表2に示す厚み(18μm)となるように、バーコータで塗布した。その後、前記樹脂層形成用塗工液を塗布した金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を、220℃で2分間加熱した。そうすることによって、ポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板が得られた。
次に、射出成形機(日精樹脂工業社製PNX60)を用いて射出成形を行った。まず、前記表面処理金属板を100mm×25mmにカットし、金型に入れた。その後、ガラス繊維が30質量%含まれたポリプロピレン(プライムポリマー社製プライムポリプロ(登録商標)E7000)を溶融させて、100mm長さ×25mm幅×3mm厚であるプラスチックを備えた複合部材を得た。ただし、表面処理金属板の表面をプラスチックで完全に覆うように接着させてはおらず、プラスチックと表面処理金属板とは、12.5mm長さ×25mm幅で重なる(表面処理金属板の表面の一部だけをプラスチックで覆う)ように接着させて複合部材を得た。射出条件は、表1に示した。
最終的に得られる表面処理金属板の樹脂層の厚みが表2に示す厚み(21μm、13μm)となるように変更したこと以外、実施例1と同様にして、ポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板を作製した。
・溶解液3
反応容器に、ポリオレフィン(プロピレン/エチレン共重合体、日本ポリプロ株式会社製のウィンテックWFW6)を1kg仕込み、窒素通気下、常圧、350℃で、熱減成反応を30分間行った。得られたポリオレフィン92質量部と、無水マレイン酸8質量部と、ジクミルパーオキシド1.2質量部とを、ガラス製反応容器に仕込み、攪拌下、180℃で3時間反応させた。そうすることによって、酸価48mgKOH/g、数平均分子量21000、融点108℃の酸変性ポリオレフィンが得られた。これを第2酸変性ポリオレフィンとした。この第2酸変性ポリオレフィンを粉砕した。そして、この粉砕した第2酸変性ポリオレフィンを、その濃度が10質量%となるように、ソルベッソ150に溶解させた。このようにして得られた溶解液を溶解液3とした。
・溶解液4
反応容器に、ポリオレフィン(軟質プロピレン、日本ポリプロ株式会社製のウエルネクスRFX4V)を1kg仕込み、窒素通気下、常圧、340℃で、熱減成反応を30分間行った。得られたポリオレフィン92質量部と、無水マレイン酸8質量部と、ジクミルパーオキシド1.2質量部とを、ガラス製反応容器に仕込み、攪拌下、180℃で3時間反応させた。そうすることによって、酸価50mgKOH/g、数平均分子量22000、融点97℃の酸変性ポリオレフィンが得られた。これを第2酸変性ポリオレフィンとした。この第2酸変性ポリオレフィンを粉砕した。そして、この粉砕した第2酸変性ポリオレフィンを、その濃度が10質量%となるように、ソルベッソ150に溶解させた。このようにして得られた溶解液を溶解液4とした。
樹脂層形成用塗工液として、分散液1のみからなるものを用いたこと以外、実施例1と同様にして、表面処理金属板を作製した。
Claims (6)
- 金属板と、前記金属板の少なくとも一方の面に設けられた樹脂層とを備え、
前記樹脂層は、酸変性ポリオレフィンを含み、
前記酸変性ポリオレフィンが、酸価が5mgKOH/g以下の第1酸変性ポリオレフィンと、酸価が20mgKOH/g以上で融点が90℃を超える第2酸変性ポリオレフィンとを含み、
前記第1酸変性ポリオレフィンの融点と前記第2酸変性ポリオレフィンの融点との差が0℃以上40℃未満であることを特徴とするポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板。 - 前記樹脂層の表面粗さが、算術平均粗さRaで12μm以下である請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板。
- 前記第1酸変性ポリオレフィンと前記第2酸変性ポリオレフィンとの含有比が、質量比で、99:1〜50:50である請求項1又は請求項2に記載のポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板。
- 金属板と、前記金属板の少なくとも一方の面に設けられた樹脂層とを備え、
前記樹脂層は、酸変性ポリオレフィンを含み、
前記樹脂層の表面粗さが、算術平均粗さRaで12μm以下であることを特徴とするポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板と、前記ポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板における前記樹脂層の上に設けられたプラスチックとを備え、
前記プラスチックが、ポリオレフィンを含むことを特徴とする複合部材。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板を所定の形状に加工する工程と、
所定の形状に加工された前記ポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板を、プラスチック成形用金型内に配置する工程と、
前記ポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板が配置された前記プラスチック成形用金型内に、溶融したプラスチックを注入することによって、前記ポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板と前記プラスチックとを接着接合させる工程とを備え、
前記プラスチックが、ポリオレフィンを含むことを特徴とする複合部材の製造方法。
