- バックライトユニットと、
前記バックライトユニットを収納するハウジングと、
前記バックライトユニット上に配置され、前記ハウジングに収納され、待機モード中に部分表示画面を表示する部分表示領域を有する液晶表示パネルと、
を含むモバイル電子機器において、
前記バックライトユニットが、
第1側面に設けられた第1入射部と前記第1側面と反対の第2側面に設けられた第2入射部とを有する光ガイド部材と、
前記第1入射部に配置された第1光源部と、
前記第2入射部に配置された第2光源部とを含み、
前記光ガイド部材は、前記部分表示領域と重複する部分出射領域を含み、
前記第2光源部が前記待機モード中に前記部分出射領域にのみ光を照射することを特徴とするモバイル電子機器。 - 前記第2光源部の光束比は、前記第1光源部の光束比よりも低いことを特徴とするモバイル電子機器。
- 前記第1光源部の輝度は、前記第2光源部の輝度よりも高いことを特徴とするモバイル電子機器。
- 光ガイド部材は、更に、前記第1入射部と前記第2入射部とを有するベース部材と、前記ベース部材の下面に設けられた複数の光学パターンとを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のモバイル電子機器。 - 前記複数の光学パターンの各々は、前記第1入射部に向くととともに前記ベース部材の下面から前記第2入射部の方向に傾斜した第1傾斜面を有する第1傾斜部と、前記第2入射部に向くととともに前記ベース部材の下面から前記第1傾斜部の先端の方向に傾斜した第2傾斜面を有する第2傾斜部とを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のモバイル電子機器。 - 前記ベース部材の下面と前記第1傾斜面の間の第1角度が、前記ベース部材の下面と前記第2傾斜面との間の第2角度よりも大きく、
前記第1傾斜面と前記第2傾斜面との間の角は鈍角である
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のモバイル電子機器。 - 前記ベース部材の下面と前記第1傾斜面との間の第1角度が30〜50度であり、
前記ベース部材の下面と前記第2傾斜面との間の第2角度は5〜10度である
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のモバイル電子機器。 - 前記複数の光学パターンの各々は、前記第1入射部の長さ方向と平行な第1方向の断面が台形状であり、前記第1入射部の長さ方向と交差する第2方向の断面が鈍角三角形状である
ことを特徴とする請求項4乃至7の何れか一項に記載のモバイル電子機器。 - 前記光ガイド部材は、更に、前記ベース部材の上面に相互に平行に設けられた複数のレンズパターンとを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項4乃至8の何れか一項に記載のモバイル電子機器。 - 前記複数のレンズパターンの各々は、前記ベース部材の上面に凸状に設けられ、前記ベース部材の前記第1入射部から前記第2入射部まで長く延在することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のモバイル電子機器。
- 前記第1光源部は、i(iは2以上の正の整数)個の発光ダイオードチップを有する複数の第1発光ダイオードパッケージを含み、
前記第2光源部は、j(jはiよりも小さい正の整数)個の発光ダイオードチップを有する複数の第2発光ダイオードパッケージを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載のモバイル電子機器。 - 前記光ガイド部材は、前記複数の第2発光ダイオードパッケージの一部から入射する光を前記部分出射領域に出射させる
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のモバイル電子機器。 - 前記液晶表示パネルに接続され、前記ハウジングに収納されたパネル駆動回路部を更に含み、
前記パネル駆動回路部は、前記液晶表示パネルに設定された前記部分表示領域に前記部分表示画面を表示し、
前記バックライトユニットは、前記複数の第2発光ダイオードパッケージを選択的に駆動することにより前記部分表示領域にのみ光を照射する
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のモバイル電子機器。
