Abstract
Description
後述の製造方法で得られる複合部材において、表面処理金属板の長手方向端部とプラスチックの長手方向端部とを、25℃の雰囲気下で、引張試験機のチャックで掴み、10mm/分の引張速度で引張り、プラスチックが表面処理金属板から剥離した時の引張強度を測定し、その値を接着強度とした。ただし、表面処理金属板の長手方向端部とは、プラスチックで覆われていない方の端部のことであり、プラスチックの長手方向端部とは、表面処理鋼板が接着されていない方の端部のことである。
(第1層)
厚さ1mmの合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を用意した。この合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板は、両面にめっき処理を行い、その付着量が片面30g/m2ずつである鋼板である。そして、この合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の両面には、日本パーカライジング株式会社製のCTE−213を用いて、その付着量が片面100mg/m2ずつとなるように下地処理をした。この下地処理した合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の片面に、第1層形成用塗工液を最終的に得られる表面処理金属板の第1層が表2に示す厚み(20μm)となるように、バーコータで塗布した。前記第1層形成用塗工液としては、エポキシ樹脂及びブロックイソシアネートを含有する塗料(エポキシ樹脂及びブロックイソシアネートに対する、ブロックイソシアネートの含有量が、1.5質量%、BASFコーティングスジャパン株式会社製のCF−701塗料)を用いた。その後、前記第1層形成用塗工液を塗布した合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を、220℃で2分間加熱した。そうすることによって、前記合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板上に、第1層が形成された。
前記第1層が形成された合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板の前記第1層上に、第2層形成用塗工液を最終的に得られる表面処理金属板の第2層が表2に示す厚み(5μm)となるように、バーコータで塗布した。前記第1層形成用塗工液としては、酸変性ポリオレフィンを含有する塗工液(ポリプロピレンに好適な塗料型接着剤、三井化学株式会社製の酸変性ポリプロピレン系接着剤「ユニストール(登録商標)R−300」)を用いた。その後、前記第2層形成用塗工液を塗布した合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を、220℃で2分間加熱した。そうすることによって、前記第1層上に、第2層が形成され、表面処理金属板が得られた。得られた表面処理金属板を目視で観察したところ、前記第1層及び前記第2層に、泡等の不具合の発生が確認されなかった。
次に、射出成形機(日精樹脂工業社製PNX60)を用いて射出成形を行った。まず、前記表面処理金属板を100mm×25mmにカットし、金型に入れた。その後、ガラス繊維が30質量%含まれたポリプロピレン(プライムポリマー社製プライムポリプロ(登録商標)E7000)を溶融させて、100mm長さ×25mm幅×3mm厚であるプラスチックを備えた複合部材を得た。ただし、表面処理金属板の表面をプラスチックで完全に覆うように接着させてはおらず、プラスチックと表面処理金属板とは、12.5mm長さ×25mm幅で重なる(表面処理金属板の表面の一部だけをプラスチックで覆う)ように接着させて複合部材を得た。射出条件は、表1に示した。
第1層を形成しないこと以外、実施例1と同様にして、表面処理金属板を作製した。得られた表面処理金属板を目視で観察したところ、前記第1層及び前記第2層に、泡等の不具合の発生が確認されなかった。
最終的に得られる表面処理金属板の第1層の厚み及び第2層の厚みが、それぞれ表2に示す厚みとなるように変更したこと以外、実施例1と同様にして、表面処理金属板を作製した。実施例2〜6、比較例2、3、5に係る表面処理金属板を目視で観察したところ、前記第1層及び前記第2層に、泡等の不具合の発生が確認されなかった。
第1層形成用塗工液として、CF−701塗料の代わりに、エポキシ樹脂を含有し、ブロックイソシアネートを含有しない塗料(日本ペイント・インダストリアルコーティングス株式会社製のNSC682NCエポキシ樹脂塗料)を用いたこと以外、実施例1と同様にして、表面処理金属板を作製した。得られた表面処理金属板を目視で観察したところ、前記第1層及び前記第2層に、泡等の不具合の発生が確認されなかった。
Claims (4)
- 金属板と、前記金属板の少なくとも一方の面に設けられた第1層と、前記第1層上に設けられた第2層とを備え、
前記第1層は、エポキシ樹脂とブロックイソシアネートとを含み、
前記第2層は、酸変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂を含み、
前記第1層の厚みが、15〜40μmであり、
前記第2層の厚みが、4〜30μmであることを特徴とするポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板。 - 前記第1層の厚みが、18〜25μmである請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板。
- 前記第2層の厚みが、5〜15μmである請求項1又は請求項2に記載のポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板と、前記ポリオレフィン接着用表面処理金属板における前記第2層の上に設けられたプラスチックとを備え、
前記プラスチックが、ポリオレフィンを含むことを特徴とする複合部材。
