Abstract
Description
前記金属部材の嵌入凹所に前記CFRP部材の端部を差し込んで嵌合させ、
前記接着剤注入孔から前記金属部材の嵌入凹所に注入した接着剤を、前記CFRP部材の端部と前記嵌入凹所の内面の間に充填して接着剤層を形成し、CFRP部材と金属部材とを接続して、複合構造体を製造することとしたのである。

Claims (1)
- CFRP部材(1)と金属部材(2)とを一体化するため、CFRP部材(1)を単純形状として、金属部材(2)には、CFRP部材(1)を遊嵌可能な寸法を有する嵌入凹所(3)を形成すると共に、前記嵌入凹所(3)を外部に連通させる接着剤注入孔(4)を設けておき、
前記金属部材(2)の嵌入凹所(3)に前記CFRP部材(1)の端部を差し込んで嵌合させ、
前記接着剤注入孔(4)から前記金属部材(2)の嵌入凹所(3)に注入した接着剤を、前記CFRP部材(1)の端部と前記嵌入凹所(3)の内面の間に充填して接着剤層(5)を形成するCFRP部材と金属部材の複合構造体の製造方法。
