Abstract
Description
−ヘッド及びシャフトを含むブランクを変形によって製造するステップと、
−硬度の増加を獲得するためブランクを熱処理するステップと、
−シャフトの軸部分で始まる未硬化部分であって、ヘッドから見て外方を向くねじ山端が後で配置されることになり、また、ねじ山付き部分が後で配置されることになるシャフトの軸部分の一部にわたってだけ軸方向に延在する、未硬化部分内でシャフトの硬度を減少させるステップと、
−ねじ山付き部分を、シャフトの領域内でねじ山を変形することによって製造するステップとを含む。

Claims (15)
- ヘッド(2)、ならびに、ねじ山(6)及び前記ヘッド(2)から見て軸方向に外方を向くねじ山端(9)を含むねじ山付き部分(5)を含む高強度ねじ(1)であって、前記ねじ山付き部分(5)は、前記ねじ山端(9)で始まり、軸方向に延在する未硬化部分(12)を含み、前記未硬化部分(12)は、前記ねじ山付き部分(5)の軸中央部分(11)と比較して硬度が減少していることを特徴とする、ねじ(1)。
- 前記未硬化部分(12)の硬度は、前記ねじ山付き部分(5)の前記軸中央部分(11)と比較して少なくとも50HVだけ低いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のねじ(1)。
- 前記未硬化部分(12)の硬度は、前記ねじ山付き部分(5)の前記軸中央部分(11)と比較して、50HVと300HVとの間、特に100HVと250HVとの間の値だけ低いことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のねじ(1)。
- 前記未硬化部分(12)の引張強度は、前記ねじ山付き部分(5)の前記軸中央部分(11)と比較して少なくとも100N/mm2だけ低いことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうち少なくとも1項に記載のねじ(1)。
- 前記未硬化部分(12)の引張強度は、前記ねじ山付き部分(5)の前記軸中央部分(11)と比較して、100N/mm2と700N/mm2との間、特に200N/mm2と500N/mm2との間の値だけ低いことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のねじ(1)。
- 前記未硬化部分(12)の硬度は、前記ねじ山付き部分(5)の前記軸中央部分(11)と比較して、15%と50%との間、特に20%と40%との間の値だけ低い、及び/または、
前記未硬化部分(12)の引張強度は、前記ねじ山付き部分(5)の前記軸中央部分(11)と比較して、15%と50%との間、特に20%と40%との間の値だけ低いことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のうち少なくとも1項に記載のねじ(1)。 - 前記未硬化部分(12)は、前記ねじ山(6)のピッチの、少なくとも2倍、特に3倍の長さにわたって延在することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうち少なくとも1項に記載のねじ(1)。
- 前記未硬化部分(12)の長さは、前記ねじ山(6)のピッチの、最大8倍、特に最大7倍、特に最大6倍に対応することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のねじ(1)。
- 前記未硬化部分(12)内の前記ねじ山(6)は、通常の標準的なデザインを有し、特に、ボアは前記ねじ山(6)内に全く配置されないことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のうち少なくとも1項に記載のねじ(1)。
- ベイナイト組織を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のうち少なくとも1項に記載のねじ(1)。
- 高強度ねじ(1)、特に、請求項1から10のうち少なくとも1項に記載のねじ(1)を製造する方法であって、
ヘッド(2)及びシャフト(3)を含むブランクを変形によって製造するステップと、
硬度の増加を獲得するため前記ブランクを熱処理するステップと、
前記シャフトの軸部分で始まる未硬化部分(12)であって、前記ヘッド(2)から見て外方を向く前記ねじ山端(9)が後で配置されることになり、また、前記ねじ山付き部分(5)が後で配置されることになる前記シャフト(3)の軸部分の一部にわたってだけ軸方向に延在する、未硬化部分(12)内で前記シャフト(3)の硬度を減少させるステップと、
ねじ山付き部分(5)を、前記シャフト(3)の領域内でねじ山(6)を変形することによって製造するステップとを含む、方法。 - 硬度を減少させることは、前記ブランクを誘導加熱することによって実現されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 誘導加熱することは、
約20kHzと500kHzとの間、特に約100kHzと400kHzとの間の周波数によって、及び/または、
約0.05sと30sとの間、特に約0.1sと10sとの間の時間スパンにわたって実現されることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の方法。 - 硬度の増加を獲得するため前記ブランクを熱処理することは、ベイナイト組織を生産するためオーステンパ処理することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項11から13のうち少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 硬度を減少させることは、前記ブランクをレーザによって加熱することによって実現されることを特徴とする、請求項11から14のうち少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
