Abstract
Description
可動部材と、
前記可動部材を移動させるモータと、
前記モータを制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記モータの駆動力で前記可動部材を所定方向に移動させた後、前記可動部材を前記所定方向に移動させる方向とは逆方向に前記モータを所定量回転させ、前記モータを前記所定量回転させた位置で前記可動部材を所定時間位置保持する、射出成形機が提供される。
図1は、一実施形態による射出成形機の型開完了時の状態を示す図である。図2は、一実施形態による射出成形機の型締時の状態を示す図である。図1〜図2に示すように、射出成形機は、型締装置100と、エジェクタ装置200と、射出装置300と、移動装置400と、制御装置700とを有する。以下、射出成形機の各構成要素について説明する。
型締装置100の説明では、型閉時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(図1および図2中右方向)を前方とし、型開時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(図1および図2中左方向)を後方として説明する。
エジェクタ装置200の説明では、型締装置100の説明と同様に、型閉時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(図1および図2中右方向)を前方とし、型開時の可動プラテン120の移動方向(図1および図2中左方向)を後方として説明する。
射出装置300の説明では、型締装置100の説明やエジェクタ装置200の説明とは異なり、充填時のスクリュ330の移動方向(図1および図2中左方向)を前方とし、計量時のスクリュ330の移動方向(図1および図2中右方向)を後方として説明する。
移動装置400の説明では、射出装置300の説明と同様に、充填時のスクリュ330の移動方向(図1および図2中左方向)を前方とし、計量時のスクリュ330の移動方向(図1および図2中右方向)を後方として説明する。
制御装置700は、図1〜図2に示すようにCPU(Central Processing Unit)701と、メモリなどの記憶媒体702と、入力インターフェース703と、出力インターフェース704とを有する。制御装置700は、記憶媒体702に記憶されたプログラムをCPU701に実行させることにより、各種の制御を行う。また、制御装置700は、入力インターフェース703で外部からの信号を受信し、出力インターフェース704で外部に信号を送信する。
図3は、一実施形態による制御装置の処理を示すフローチャートである。図3に示すステップS101以降の処理は、型閉工程の開始条件が成立したときに行われる。
図5は、一実施形態による型締装置の圧縮成形の動作を示す図である。図5(a)はクロスヘッドが型開完了位置にあるときの状態を、図5(b)はクロスヘッドが型締位置から僅かに後方に変位されて位置保持されている状態を、図5(c)はクロスヘッドが圧縮成形位置から僅かに後方に変位されて位置保持されている状態をそれぞれ示す。
図6は、一実施形態によるエジェクタ装置の圧縮成形の動作を示す図である。図6(a)はエジェクタロッドの位置が圧縮待機位置にあるときの状態を、図6(b)はエジェクタロッドの位置が圧縮成形位置から僅かに後方に変位されて位置保持されているときの状態をそれぞれ示す。
以上、射出成形機の実施形態等について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態等に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載された本発明の要旨の範囲内において、種々の変形、改良が可能である。

Claims (2)
- 可動部材と、
前記可動部材を移動させるモータと、
前記モータを制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記モータの駆動力で前記可動部材を所定方向に移動させた後、前記可動部材を前記所定方向に移動させる方向とは逆方向に前記モータを所定量回転させ、前記モータを前記所定量回転させた位置で前記可動部材を所定時間位置保持する、射出成形機。 - 可動金型が取付けられる可動プラテンと、
前記可動プラテンを移動させるトグル機構と、
前記トグル機構を作動させる型締モータとを備え、
前記制御装置は、型締モータの駆動力で前記トグル機構のクロスヘッドを型閉方向に移動させた後、前記クロスヘッドを型閉方向に移動させる方向とは逆方向に前記型締モータを所定量回転させ、前記型締モータを前記所定量回転させた位置で前記クロスヘッドを所定時間位置保持する、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
