Claims (13)
- 複数の通路を定義し、通路壁のそれぞれが非直線部を有する複数の前記通路壁と、前記複数の通路のそれぞれに配水管を定義するために少なくとも1つの前記通路壁と一体的に形成された配水管壁と、を備える熱交換器のための一体型配水管組立体であり、前記配水管壁は前記複数の通路壁のそれぞれにおける前記非直線部に近接して配置される、前記一体型配水管組立体。
- 各通路の前記配水管が、前記熱交換器の取付部位において前記通路の最低点に配置される、請求項1に記載の一体型配水管組立体。
- 各通路に残る凝結流体が、重力によって前記配水管へと向かわせる、請求項2に記載の一体型配水管組立体。
- 前記配水管が、共通の配水管に流体的に連結する、請求項1に記載の一体型配水管組立体。
- 各通路が、各通路の前記対応する配水管によって流体的に連結する、請求項4に記載の一体型配水管組立体。
- 前記共通の配水管が、遠隔位置に排水された流体を向かわせる、請求項4に記載の一体型配水管組立体。
- 前記熱交換器が、追加の製造プロセスで形成される、請求項1に記載の一体型配水管組立体。
- 前記熱交換器が、直交流式熱交換器である、請求項1に記載の一体型配水管組立体。
- 前記熱交換器が、対向流式熱交換器である、請求項1に記載の一体型配水管組立体。
- 熱交換器のための一体型配水管を形成する方法であり、追加の製造プロセスで、通路壁のそれぞれが非直線部を有し、複数の通路を定義するための複数の前記通路壁を形成することと、前記複数の通路のそれぞれに配水管を定義するために前記追加の製造プロセスで配水管壁を少なくとも1つの前記通路壁と一体的に形成することと、を含む方法であり、前記配水管壁は前記複数の通路壁のそれぞれにおける前記非直線部に近接して配置される、前記方法。
- 前記熱交換器の取付部位において前記通路の最低点に前記配水管を配置することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 共通の配水管に各通路の前記配水管を流体的に連結することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 排水された流体を向かわせるために遠隔位置へと前記共通の配水管を流体的に連結することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
