Description
Claims (13)
- 下部走行体と、
前記下部走行体に旋回可能に搭載される上部旋回体と、
ブーム、アーム、及びエンドアタッチメントで構成されるアタッチメントと、
前記上部旋回体に搭載されるエンジンと、
前記エンジンに連結された電動発電機と、
前記上部旋回体に搭載される蓄電系と、
前記蓄電系及び前記電動発電機からの電力が供給されるDCバスと、
前記DCバスに接続された電動機器と、
冷却液を循環させてインバータ、前記蓄電系、及び前記電動機器を冷却する冷却系と、
前記インバータ、前記蓄電系、及び前記電動機器のそれぞれの温度を取得する温度検出部と、
制御装置と、を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記温度検出部が取得する温度のうちの少なくとも1つが所定の温度を上回った場合に制御モードを切り替え、切り替え前に比べて熱が抑制され易い制御モードにする、
ショベル。 - 前記電動発電機及び前記蓄電系からの電力で駆動される旋回用電動機を有し、
前記制御装置は、前記温度検出部が検出する温度のそれぞれから導き出した旋回出力制限値のうち最も厳しい旋回出力制限値を用いて前記旋回用電動機の出力を制御する、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記温度検出部が検出する温度のそれぞれに関して温度と旋回出力制限値との関係を表す対応マップを有し、該対応マップを参照して旋回出力制限値を導き出す、
請求項2に記載のショベル。 - 前記対応マップのそれぞれは、温度が所定温度を超えた場合に旋回出力制限値が所定の傾きで減少する傾向を示し、
前記対応マップのそれぞれにおける前記傾きは互いに異なる、
請求項3に記載のショベル。 - 前記旋回用電動機に関する温度は、前記旋回用電動機に接続されるインバータの温度を含み、
前記インバータの温度に関する対応マップにおける前記傾きは、他の対応マップにおける前記傾きよりも小さい、
請求項4に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記温度検出部が検出する温度のそれぞれに基づいて旋回出力制限が行われるおそれがあるか否かを判定し、該温度の何れかに基づいて旋回出力制限が行われるおそれがあると判定した場合に旋回出力制限予告を通知する、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記冷却系は、冷却回路内で冷却液を循環させて少なくとも1つの電気機器と蓄電器とを含む複数の冷却対象を冷却し、
前記制御装置は、前記温度検出部が検出する前記複数の冷却対象の何れかの温度が所定の対応する閾値に達した場合に前記冷却液の循環を開始させる、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記温度検出部が検出する前記複数の冷却対象のそれぞれの温度が所定の対応する閾値を下回った場合に前記冷却液の循環を停止させる、
請求項7に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記温度検出部が検出する前記複数の冷却対象のそれぞれの温度にかからわず、エンジン始動時に所定時間にわたって前記冷却液を循環させる、
請求項7に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記冷却液の循環を停止させた後、所定時間が経過した場合に、前記冷却液の循環を開始させる、
請求項7に記載のショベル。 - 前記制御装置は、前記冷却液の循環を開始させた後、所定時間が経過した場合に、前記冷却液の循環を停止させる、
請求項7に記載のショベル。 - 複数の熱源を含む電気機器と、
前記複数の熱源の雰囲気温度を検出する雰囲気温度検出部と、
前記複数の熱源に接する冷却管内で冷却液を循環させて前記電気機器を冷却する冷却系と、を有し、
前記制御装置は、所定の作動継続時間にわたる前記冷却系の作動による前記冷却液の循環と所定の停止継続時間にわたる前記冷却系の停止による前記冷却液の循環停止とを繰り返し、
前記所定の作動継続時間は、前記所定の停止継続時間よりも短い、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 前記雰囲気温度検出部は、前記電気機器の筐体内の雰囲気温度を検出し、
前記制御装置は、前記雰囲気温度検出部によって検出される雰囲気温度が所定温度に達した場合に、前記電気機器の動きを制限し或いは停止させる、
請求項12に記載のショベル。
