Abstract
Description
式(1)中、Rは炭素数12〜22の直鎖アルキル基であり、POはオキシプロピレン基、EOはオキシエチレン基を示す。m及びnは平均付加モル数を示し、mは1〜20、nは1〜80の数である。また、POとEOの付加形態は、ブロック付加である。
処方1,2,4に係るゲル組成物は、次の方法により得た。すなわち、下記表1に示す配合(質量部)に従い、ミキサーを使用し、水(B)に対して両性界面活性剤(C−2)及び多価アルコール(C−3)を混合し、70℃に加温した。ここに、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル(A)を徐々に加えて均一になるまで混合した。さらに(C−5)を加えて混合し、冷却することにより、ゲル組成物を得た。
・(A)ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル:以下のアルキルアルコールに、プロピレンオキサイドとエチレンオキサイドを、表2に記載の付加モル数及び付加形態に従い付加して、得られたものを用いた。
直鎖C14のアルキルアルコール:ミリスチルアルコール
直鎖C16のアルキルアルコール:セチルアルコール
直鎖C18のアルキルアルコール:ステアリルアルコール
直鎖C22のアルキルアルコール:ベヘニルアルコール
分岐C18のアルキルアルコール:イソオクタデカノール(商品名:ファインオキソコール180、日産化学工業社製)
・(B):水
・(C−1)非イオン性界面活性剤:ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレングリコール(商品名:エパンU−108、第一工業製薬社製)
・(C−2)両性界面活性剤:ヤシ油脂肪酸アミドプロピルベタイン(商品名:アモーゲンCB−H、第一工業製薬社製、29質量%水溶液)
・(C−3)多価アルコール1:グリセリン
・(C−4)多価アルコール2:ソルビトール
・(C−5)香料:リモネン(和光純薬社製)
得られたゲル組成物について、10名のパネラーが以下の基準で官能評価を行い、その合計点数に基づいて以下の基準で評価した。
3点:非常に硬い、2点:硬い、1点:やや柔らかい、0点:柔らかい
(合計点の評価)
A:25点以上、B:15〜24点、C:5〜14点、D:4点以下
得られたゲル組成物1gをスライドガラスに貼り付けた。これを垂直に立て、20℃、65%RHで静置し、白化抑制性及び付着性を以下の基準で評価した。なお、スライドガラスを垂直に立てたことにより、トイレの便器内の斜面に使用する場合と比較し、厳しい条件となっている。
A:48時間後に白化が見られない
B:24時間後は白化が見られないが、48時間後には白化が見られる
C:24時間後に白化が見られる
○:24時間後でも位置ずれすることなく付着している
×:24時間後には元の位置からずれ落ちている
得られたゲル組成物30gを50mLのスクリュー管に入れ、60℃で6時間静置した。続いて、スクリュー管を横(90度)に倒して10秒間静置した後、ゲルの状態を以下の基準で評価した。
×:液化して流動性がある
得られたゲル組成物30gを50mLのスクリュー管に入れ、0℃で6時間静置した。続いて、スクリュー管を横(90度)に倒して10秒間静置した後、ゲルの状態を以下の基準で評価した。
×:液化して流動性がある
Claims (6)
- 下記一般式(1)で表されるポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル(A)及び水(B)を含有する、ゲル組成物。
R−O−(PO)m−(EO)n−H ・・・(1)
式(1)中、Rは炭素数12〜22の直鎖アルキル基であり、POはオキシプロピレン基、EOはオキシエチレン基を示す。m及びnは平均付加モル数を示し、mは1〜20、nは1〜80の数である。また、POとEOの付加形態は、ブロック付加である。 - 前記ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル(A)の含有量が、10〜50質量%である、請求項1に記載のゲル組成物。
- 水(B)の含有量が35〜75質量%である、請求項1又は2に記載のゲル組成物。
- 前記一般式(1)におけるmとnの割合(m/n)が、モル比で0.02〜0.50である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のゲル組成物。
- 前記一般式(1)におけるmとnの和(m+n)が、5〜100である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のゲル組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のゲル組成物を含有する、硬質表面用洗浄剤。
