Claims (9)
- 回転軸周りに並ぶ複数の羽根と、
前記回転軸を囲む側周部を有するハブ部とを備え、
前記複数の羽根のそれぞれの前記回転軸側の端部は、前記側周部に接続されており、
前記複数の羽根は、第1種の形状を有する羽根と、第2種の形状を有する羽根とを含み、
前記第1種の形状のうち前記回転軸方向における前記回転軸側の端部の厚みは、前記第2種の形状のうち前記回転軸方向における前記回転軸側の端部の厚みよりも大きい、軸流ファン用羽根車。 - 前記複数の羽根のうち、前記第1種の形状を有する羽根の数は、2以上であり、
前記第1種の形状を有する羽根のそれぞれは、前記回転軸周りに、他の前記第1種の形状を有する羽根に隣接している、請求項1に記載の軸流ファン用羽根車。 - 前記複数の羽根のうち、前記第1種の形状を有する羽根の数は、2以上であり、
前記複数の羽根は、前記第1種の形状を有する羽根が非対称となる位置に配置された状態で並んでいる、請求項1又は2に記載の軸流ファン用羽根車。 - 前記複数の羽根のそれぞれは、気体の吸引側に向けられた第1の面と、気体の排気側に向けられた第2の面とを有し、
前記第1種の形状は、前記回転軸側の端部において、前記第1の面及び前記第2の面のうち少なくとも一方が湾曲した面を介して前記側周部に接続される部位を有する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の軸流ファン用羽根車。 - 前記湾曲した面は、翼の内部に向かって凹む凹状である、請求項4に記載の軸流ファン用羽根車。
- 前記湾曲した面は、フィレット面形状を有する、請求項4又は5に記載の軸流ファン用羽根車。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の軸流ファン用羽根車と、
前記軸流ファン用羽根車を前記回転軸周りに回転可能に支持するケーシングとを備え、
前記ケーシングには、前記軸流ファン用羽根車を回転させるモータが取り付けられている、軸流ファン。 - 前記モータは、アウターローター型モータであって、
前記ハブ部には、前記モータのロータヨークが取り付けられている、請求項7に記載の軸流ファン。 - 回転軸周りに並ぶ複数の羽根と、
前記回転軸を囲む側周部を有するハブ部とを備え、
前記複数の羽根のそれぞれの前記回転軸側の端部は、前記側周部に接続されており、
前記複数の羽根は、第1種の形状を有する羽根と、第2種の形状を有する羽根とを含み、
前記第1種の形状のうち、前記回転軸方向における前記回転軸側の端部の形状は、前記第2種の形状のうち、前記回転軸方向における前記回転軸側の端部の形状と異なる、軸流ファン用羽根車。
