Claims (9)
- ケースと、
前記ケースの底板に形成された貫通穴と、
前記貫通穴に挿入されたピンと、
前記ピンが固定され、前記ケースの外面に接着された粘着シートと、
前記ケース内の前記ピンの上に搭載されたボタン電池と、
前記ボタン電池の上面に接続された第1リード端子と、
前記ボタン電池の下面に接続された第2リード端子と、
前記ケース内に配置され、前記第1リード端子の先端部が接続された第1配線層と、
平面視で前記第2リード端子に重なるように前記ケース内に配置された第2配線層と
を有し、
前記ピンの上面の高さが前記第2配線層の上面の高さよりも高く設定され、前記ピンによって前記ボタン電池の第2リード端子と前記第2配線層とが離されて電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする電子機器。 - 前記ボタン電池の第2リード端子と前記第2配線層とは、前記粘着シートを引き剥がして前記貫通穴から前記ピンを引き抜き、前記ボタン電池が下側に移動する際に、前記第2リード端子が前記第2配線層に接触して、前記ボタン電池から電源が供給される位置に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子機器。
- 前記第2配線層は前記ボタン電池の下に電極パッドを備え、
前記貫通穴は、前記下部ケースの底板と前記電極パッドとを貫通して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電子機器。 - 前記ピンは、接着剤又はかしめ結合によって前記粘着シートに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
- 前記ピンは、プラスチックから形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
- 前記第1リード端子が前記ボタン電池の正極リード端子であり、
前記第2リード端子が前記ボタン電池の負極リード端子であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。 - 前記第2配線層の電極パッドはドーナツ形状を有し、
前記ドーナツ形状の電極パッドの一部に前記第2リード端子が重なるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子機器。 - 前記第1配線層及び前記第2配線層は、前記ケース内に配置された基板の上に形成されており、
前記貫通穴は、前記下部ケースの底板、前記基板及び前記電極パッドを貫通して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子装置。 - 前記第1配線層及び前記第2配線層は、電子回路モジュールに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
