Abstract
【解決手段】冷媒を第1熱交換器22、第2熱交換器24、蒸発器26及びコンプレッサ21をその順序で循環させ、第1熱交換器22に冷媒の熱を放熱させる除湿暖房運転時において、外気温が所定温度以下であって、第2熱交換器24から流出した冷媒を膨張させる第2膨張弁25の開度を第1熱交換器22から流出した冷媒を膨張させる第1膨張弁23の開度よりも大きいとき、冷媒を加熱可能な冷媒加熱手段27を備える。

Description
この手法では、冷媒の流通方向に対して蒸発器26よりも上流に配置された室外熱交換器24との間の膨張弁B25の開度を制御して、蒸発器26における冷媒と室外熱交換器24における冷媒との間で圧力差を発生させる。外気温が低い場合には、凍結防止のために蒸発器26の温度を蒸発器凍結限界温度(例えば、0C°)よりも高くしなければならない。また、蒸発器26よりも冷媒の流通方向に対して上流に設置された室外熱交換器24の温度は、蒸発器26の温度よりも下げることができない。室外熱交換器24の冷媒の温度と外気温との温度差を大きくすることができないために、室外熱交換器24に供給される外気から冷媒への吸熱量が十分に得られない。そのため、所望の吹き出し温度として十分に高い温度が得られないことがある。吹き出し温度とは、ダクト51から排出される空調空気の温度を指す。一般に、外気温が低いほど制御可能な吹き出し温度の上限が低くなる傾向がある。
本発明の第1の態様によれば、運転モードが除湿暖房モードである場合、外気温が低いときに、冷媒が加熱されて比体積が増加するので、除湿暖房回路内の冷媒の循環が促進される。加熱された冷媒は蒸発により量が増え、コンプレッサから送出される圧縮冷媒の量が増えるので第1熱交換器を昇温させることができる。従って、第1熱交換器が放熱して得られる空調空気の温度が高くなる。よって、冷媒加熱手段を有しない場合よりも広範囲の温度制御が可能となる。この温度制御は、複数の冷媒の流通回路を切り替えずに実現可能であるので、システムの複雑化ならびに流通回路の切り替えに伴う冷媒の流動音の発生が回避される。
図1〜図3は、本実施形態に係る車両用空調装置10の構成図である。図1は、除湿暖房運転時における冷媒の流れを示す。図1において太線、破線は、それぞれ冷媒の流通経路、冷媒が流通していない流路を示す。図2は、冷房運転時における冷媒の流れを示す。図3は、暖房運転時における冷媒の流れを示す。なお、除湿暖房運転、冷房運転、暖房運転をそれぞれ除湿暖房モード、冷房モード、暖房モードと呼ぶことがある。
ダクト51は、その一端に空気取込口52を有し、他端に空気吹出口(図示せず)を有する。ブロア53、蒸発器26、エアミックスドア54及び室内熱交換器22が、ダクトにおける空調空気の流通方向の上流から下流に向けて、その順序で配置されている。空調空気の流通方向は、空気取込口52から空気吹出口への方向である。
また、除湿暖房モードでは、制御ユニットは、エアミックスドア54を開ける。蒸発器26を通過することで水蒸気の量が減少した空調空気が、室内熱交換器22に送出される。室内熱交換器22を通過する空調空気は加熱され、空気吹出口から排出される。そのため、空調空気は、温度低下を伴わずに又は温度低下が緩和されて除湿暖房として室内に供給される。
図1〜図3に例示した車両用空調装置10では、除湿暖房回路F1を構成する蒸発器26と合流部34の間に冷媒加熱ヒータ27が配置されるが、冷媒加熱ヒータ27の配置は、この例には限られない。図4に例示される車両用空調装置10aのように、合流部34とアキュムレータ28の間に冷媒加熱ヒータ27を備えてもよい。車両用空調装置10aの構成要素は、車両用空調装置10と共通である。車両用空調装置10aの除湿暖房回路F1aは、構成要素として室内熱交換器22、膨張弁A23、室外熱交換器24、膨張弁B25、冷媒加熱ヒータ27、アキュムレータ28及びコンプレッサ21を含んで構成され、各構成要素がその順序で接続されてなる。ここで、冷媒加熱ヒータ27の配置は、蒸発器26とアキュムレータ28との間である点で車両用空調装置10と同様である。そのため、車両用空調装置10aでも、車両用空調装置10と同様の温度制御が可能となる。
(ステップS102)制御ユニットは、膨張弁B25の開度が膨張弁A23の開度よりも大きいか否かを判定する。膨張弁A23の開度よりも大きいと判定されるとき(ステップS102 YES)、ステップS103の処理に進む。膨張弁A23の開度以下と判定されるとき(ステップS102 NO)、ステップS105の処理に進む。
(ステップS104)制御ユニットは、膨張弁A23の開度を増加させる。その後、ステップS101の処理に戻る。
図8は、本実施形態に係る車両用空調装置10b(図5)の除湿暖房運転時における圧力−エンタルピー(p−h)線図の一例である。p−h線図Ph1は、除湿暖房回路F1b(図5)の各構成要素を流通する冷媒の圧力と比エンタルピーの遷移を示す。但し、図8に示す例では、冷媒加熱ヒータ27には電力が投入されていない。その状況のもとでは、p−h線図Ph1に示す冷媒の圧力と比エンタルピーの遷移は、車両用空調装置10、10a、10cについても、ほぼ共通となる。曲線S1、S2は、それぞれ冷媒の飽和液線、飽和蒸気線を示す。曲線S1、S2は、冷媒の臨界点Kを示す。臨界点Kにおいて、曲線S1、S2が連続し、曲線上の圧力が極大となる。P1、P2は、それぞれ蒸発器凍結限界温度飽和蒸気圧力、外気温度飽和蒸気圧力を示す。外気温度飽和蒸気圧力P2とは、外気温度における冷媒の飽和蒸気圧を意味する。図8に示す例では、外気温が蒸発器凍結限界温度よりも高いことを仮定する。よって、外気温度飽和蒸気圧力P2は、蒸発器凍結限界温度飽和蒸気圧力P1よりも高い。
Claims (3)
- 冷媒を圧縮するコンプレッサと、
前記コンプレッサが圧縮した冷媒の熱を内気に放熱可能な第1熱交換器と、
前記第1熱交換器から流出した冷媒を膨張させる第1膨張弁と、
前記第1膨張弁から流出した冷媒の熱を外気と熱交換可能な第2熱交換器と、
前記第2熱交換器から流出した冷媒を膨張させる第2膨張弁と、
前記第2膨張弁から流出した冷媒に内気の熱を吸熱させる蒸発器と、
を備え、
暖房モード、冷房モード及び除湿暖房モードのいずれかの運転モードで運転し、
前記暖房モードは、前記冷媒を前記第1熱交換器、前記第2熱交換器及び前記コンプレッサをその順序に備える暖房回路を介して循環させ、前記第1熱交換器に前記冷媒の熱を放熱させる運転モードであり、
前記冷房モードは、前記冷媒を前記第2熱交換器、前記蒸発器及び前記コンプレッサをその順序に備える冷房回路を介して循環させる運転モードであり、
前記除湿暖房モードは、前記冷媒を前記第1熱交換器、前記第2熱交換器、前記蒸発器及び前記コンプレッサをその順序に備える除湿暖房回路を介して循環させ、前記第1熱交換器に前記冷媒の熱を放熱させ、前記第2熱交換器で前記冷媒に吸熱させる運転モードであり、
前記除湿暖房回路において、さらに前記冷媒を加熱可能な冷媒加熱手段を備え、
運転モードが前記除湿暖房モードであり、外気温が所定温度以下であって、前記第2膨張弁の開度を前記第1膨張弁の開度よりも大きいとき、前記冷媒加熱手段は前記冷媒を加熱すること
を特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 前記冷媒加熱手段が前記冷媒を加熱するとき、前記冷媒を加熱する前よりも前記第1膨張弁の開度を大きくすること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記冷媒の気相成分を分離し、前記気相成分を前記コンプレッサに供給するアキュムレータを備え、
上記冷媒加熱手段は、前記蒸発器と前記アキュムレータの間に設けられたこと
を特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用空調装置。
