Abstract
Description
吸収液としてアミン水溶液を用意し、気液接触装置1に、2m/sのガス流速でガス(常温の空気)を、3L/m3の液ガス比(ガスの流量に対する吸収液の流量の比率)で吸収液を供給することによって、定常の液及びガスの流れを形成した後、ガスに二酸化炭素を5%添加して供給を継続した。この間に、ガスの圧力損失及び出口ガス中の二酸化炭素の濃度を測定した(測定M1)。

Claims (4)
- 間隔を空けて並列する複数の鉛直な平板によって構成される充填材を有する気液接触部と、
前記気液接触部へ上方から液体を供給する液体供給部と、
前記気液接触部へガスを導入するガス導入部と
を有し、前記液体供給部は、液体を前記気液接触部へ供給するドリップポイントの密度が500点/m2以上である液分配器を有する気液接触装置。 - 前記液分配器は、前記ドリップポイントから液体を自由落下によって鉛直に供給するノズル又は爪を有する請求項1に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記液分配器は、重力による流動を利用して液体を前記ドリップポイントの各々へ誘導する誘導爪を有する請求項2に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記ドリップポイントの密度が1000〜3000点/m2である請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の気液接触装置。
