Abstract
Description
本発明のアセトン不溶物含有量は、日本油化学会制定の基準油脂分析試験法(2013年版)4.3.1−2013「アセトン不溶物」に記載の方法で定量した。また、アセトン可溶物含有量は、前記基準油脂分析試験法4.3.2−2013「アセトン可溶物」に記載の方法で定量した。
本発明の哺乳動物用乳量改善剤を含む飼料をウシに与えたときの、乳量に及ぼす影響を調べた。
(1)飼料の作製
試験期に投与するTMR飼料を、表1に示す組成で用意した。また、試験期前(対照期)の対照用飼料として、前記TMR飼料から哺乳動物用乳量改善剤を除いたものを用意した。

※豊年スーパーヴィタクリン:((株)J−オイルミルズ製)
※マイコ−AD A−Z:(日本全薬工業(株)製)
※レシチンAY:大豆クルードレシチン((株)J−オイルミルズ製、アセトン不溶物含有量68質量%、アセトン可溶物含有量32質量%;各リン脂質成分含有量 PC19.1g/100g,PE16.2g/100g,PI11.8g/100g,PG3.0g/100g,PA12.1g/100g)
Claims (11)
- 植物クルードレシチンを有効成分として含む哺乳動物用乳量改善剤。
- 前記植物クルードレシチンは、20質量%以上90質量%未満のアセトン不溶物を含む、請求項1に記載の哺乳動物用乳量改善剤。
- 前記植物クルードレシチンは、10質量%超80質量%以下のアセトン可溶物を含む、請求項1に記載の哺乳動物用乳量改善剤。
- 前記植物クルードレシチンは、大豆、菜種、ひまわり、綿実、とうもろこし、落花生、パーム、ゴマ、米、紅花、エゴマ及びアマニからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の植物由来である、請求項1に記載の哺乳動物用乳量改善剤。
- 前記植物クルードレシチンは、大豆クルードレシチンである、請求項1に記載の哺乳動物用乳量改善剤。
- 前記植物クルードレシチンを、アセトン不溶物の質量基準で2質量%以上90質量%未満含む、請求項1に記載の哺乳動物用乳量改善剤。
- 請求項1に記載の哺乳動物用乳量改善剤を含む哺乳動物用乳量改善用飼料。
- 前記乳量改善剤を、前記植物クルードレシチンのアセトン不溶物の質量基準で0.01〜10質量%含む、請求項7に記載の哺乳動物用乳量改善用飼料。
- 反芻動物用である、請求項7に記載の哺乳動物用乳量改善用飼料。
- 請求項1に記載の哺乳動物用乳量改善剤を哺乳動物に給与することを含む、哺乳動物の乳量を改善する方法。
- 前記哺乳動物が反芻動物である、請求項10に記載の哺乳動物の乳量を改善する方法。
