Abstract
Description
‐電動工具の駆動機器としてのモータと、
‐制御装置と、
‐少なくとも第1のギアと第2のギアとを有する変速機と、
‐例えばコアビット等の工具と、
‐変速機の少なくとも1つの構成要素の回転速度を検出する第1のセンサと、
‐モータの回転速度を検出する第2のセンサと
を備えた電動工具、特にコアドリルを制御する方法が示される。
‐変速機を第1のギアに入れた際に、変速機の少なくとも1つの構成要素の第1の回転速度を検出する工程と、
‐変速機を第1のギアに入れた際に、モータの第1の回転速度を検出する工程と、
‐第1のギアの選択を、早見表に基づく、変速機の少なくとも1つの構成要素の第1の回転速度とモータの第1の回転速度との、規定された第1の比率に基づきで確認する工程と、
‐変速機に無負荷状態を選択する工程と、
‐選択された無負荷状態を、早見表に基づく、変速機の少なくとも1つの構成要素の第2の回転速度とモータの第2の回転速度との、規定された第2の比率に基づき確認する工程と、
‐早見表に基づく、変速機の少なくとも1つの構成要素の第3の回転速度とモータの第3の回転速度との規定された第3の比率に基づき、モータの回転速度を第2のギアに適合させる工程と、
‐第2のギアを選択する工程と
を備える方法が提供される。
ここで言う第1のギアとは、第2のギアより高速又は低速のギアであり得る。モータの回転速度を低速又は高速のギアに適切に調節することにより、駆動シャフトの回転中にギアを変速することができ、その結果、ギア全体の変速がより迅速且つ効率的になる。
‐電動工具の駆動機器としてのモータと、
‐制御装置と、
‐少なくとも第1のギアと第2のギアとを有する変速機と、
‐例えばコアビット等の工具と、
‐変速機の少なくとも1つの構成要素の回転速度を検出する第1のセンサと、
‐モータの回転速度を検出する第2のセンサと
を備えた電動工具、特にコアドリルが提供される。
Claims (4)
- ‐電動工具(1)の駆動機器としてのモータ(3)と、
‐制御装置(4)と、
‐少なくとも第1のギアと第2のギアとを有し、無負荷状態となる変速機(5)と、
‐コアビット等の工具(7)と、
‐前記変速機(5)の少なくとも1つの構成要素の回転速度を検出する第1のセンサ(10)と、
‐前記モータ(3)の回転速度を検出する第2のセンサ(20)と
を備えた前記電動工具(1)、特にコアドリルを制御する方法であって、
‐前記変速機(5)を第1のギアに入れた際に、前記変速機(5)の前記少なくとも1つの構成要素の第1の回転速度を検出する工程と、
‐前記変速機(5)を前記第1のギアに入れた際に、前記モータ(3)の第1の回転速度を検出する工程と、
‐前記第1のギアの選択を、早見表に基づき、前記変速機(5)の前記少なくとも1つの構成要素の前記第1の回転速度と前記モータ(3)の前記第1の回転速度との、規定された第1の比率に基づき、確認する工程と、
‐前記変速機(5)に前記無負荷状態を選択する工程と、
‐前記選択された無負荷状態を、前記早見表に基づく、前記変速機(5)の前記少なくとも1つの構成要素の第2の回転速度と前記モータ(3)の第2の回転速度との、規定された第2の比率に基づきで確認する工程と、
‐前記早見表に基づく、変速機(5)の前記少なくとも1つの構成要素の第3の回転速度と前記モータ(3)の第3の回転速度との規定された第3の比率に基づき、前記モータ(3)の前記回転速度を第2のギアに適合させる工程と、
‐第2のギアを選択する工程と
を備えた方法。 - 前記モータ(3)の前記回転速度が、前記モータ(3)の前記回転速度の加速により適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記モータ(3)の前記回転速度が、前記モータ(3)の前記回転速度の減速により適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ‐電動工具(1)の駆動機器としてのモータ(3)と、
‐制御装置(4)と、
‐少なくとも第1のギアと第2のギアとを有する変速機(5)と、
‐工具(7)等のコアビットと、
‐前記変速機(5)の少なくとも1つの構成要素の回転速度を検出する第1のセンサ(10)と、
‐前記モータ(3)の前記回転速度を検出する第2のセンサ(20)と
を備えた電動工具(1)、特にコアドリルであって、請求項1乃至3に記載の方法を実行するための電動工具(1)。
