Claims (4)
- 強化材である繊維と強化対象の母材樹脂を混合し且つ任意の長さを有する繊維・母材樹脂混合体を形成する混合体形成工程と、
前記混合体を軟質チューブに圧入して内挿し線状の予備成形体を得る圧入内挿工程と、
前記予備成形体を所定形状に腑形する腑形工程と、
腑形した前記予備成形体のうち前記母材樹脂を硬化させて当該母材樹脂を前記繊維によって強化する硬化工程と、
硬化した前記母材樹脂を含む前記予備成形体から前記軟質チューブを除去して腑形された所定形状の繊維強化複合体を得る繊維強化複合体製作工程と、
を経ることを特徴とする繊維強化複合体の製造方法。 - 前記混合体形成工程において、任意の長さを有する線状の発泡材の外周に前記混合体を配置した発泡材芯入り混合体を形成し、
前記圧入内挿工程において、前記発泡材芯入り混合体を軟質チューブに圧入して内挿し線状の予備成形体を得て、
前記腑形工程において、前記予備成形体を所定形状に腑形する請求項1に記載の繊維強化複合体の製造方法。 - 前記繊維強化複合体製作工程において、硬化した前記母材樹脂を含む前記予備成形体から前記軟質チューブ及び前記発泡材を除去して腑形された所定形状の繊維強化複合体を得る請求項2に記載の繊維強化複合体の製造方法。
- 前記混合体形成工程又は前記圧入内挿工程において、前記繊維に撚りを加える処理を行う請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の繊維強化複合体の製造方法。
