Description

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a double floor.

Conventionally, in apartment houses such as apartments, support legs are installed on floor slabs, floor base materials such as particle boards and plywood are installed on the support legs, and floor finishing materials are laid on the floor base materials. A heavy floor structure is adopted.

For example, in Patent Document 1 below, in a place where a partition wall is erected on the floor base material, support legs are disposed through the floor base material at positions immediately below the partition wall, and the partition wall is fixed. A double floor structure has been proposed in which a wall support material is supported by support legs. In this double floor structure, the support leg is provided with a hollow portion that reaches the bottom surface of the support leg in the vertical direction, and the support leg is fixed to the floor slab by an adhesive filled in the hollow portion. It is.
There is also known a configuration in which support legs are disposed below the floor base material and directly below the partition wall, and the partition wall directly above the floor base material is supported by the support leg.

However, in the configuration described in Patent Document 1, the floor base material is provided with an insertion hole for inserting the support leg, and an adhesive is filled to fix the support leg to the floor slab. Since work takes place and it takes time until the adhesive is cured, there is a problem that it takes time and labor for construction.
In addition, in the configuration in which the partition wall directly above is supported by the support legs through the floor base material, the place where the support legs are installed and the place where the partition wall is installed must be inked on the floor slab. There is a problem that it takes time. Furthermore, in places where support legs are placed directly under the partition wall, processing for providing a fixing tool such as a bolt for fixing the partition wall to the support leg must be provided in the floor base material, which requires a lot of work. There is a problem that it takes.

Then, this invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and provides the construction method of the double floor which improved workability.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following means.
That is, the construction method of the double floor according to the present invention includes a support leg installation step of installing a support leg on the floor slab, a floor material installation step of supporting the floor material on the support leg, A wall material installation step of installing a wall material at an arbitrary position, and in the support leg installation step, the support legs are spaced at substantially the same predetermined interval in two directions perpendicular to each other along the floor slab. It is characterized by installing.

In the construction method of the double floor constructed in this way, if the supporting legs installed on the floor slab and supporting the flooring are installed at substantially the same interval in two directions perpendicular to each other along the floor slab. Good. Therefore, since the position of the support leg can be determined regardless of the position of the wall material installed on the floor material, the work of marking out the position of the wall material on the floor slab becomes unnecessary, and the workability can be improved. it can.

In the double floor construction method according to the present invention, in the support leg installation step, the support legs are installed at the predetermined intervals in the two directions from the start point at an arbitrary position on the floor slab. It is preferable to do.

In the construction method of the double floor configured as described above, the support legs may be installed at predetermined intervals in any direction in two directions from an arbitrary position on the floor slab. Therefore, the installation of the support legs can be started from any position on the floor slab, which is convenient for work.

According to the construction method of the double floor which concerns on this invention, workability can be improved.

It is arranged across two.

In this embodiment, the upper floor panel 40 (see FIG. 2) employs, for example, a 12 mm thick plywood, and a predetermined size of plywood is disposed adjacent to each other in the X direction and the Y direction. Each plywood is fixed to the unit panel 31 of the support leg 2 with a fixing tool (not shown) such as a screw. The plywood joint is preferably arranged at a position that does not overlap the joint of the unit panel 31 in plan view.

As shown in FIG. 2, a floor finish 41 is provided on the upper floor panel 40. In the present embodiment, for example, a flooring having a thickness of 12 mm is used as the floor finish 41, and floorings having a predetermined size are disposed adjacent to each other in the X direction and the Y direction (see FIG. 1).

A partition wall (wall material) 5 is installed on the upper floor panel 40 of the floor material 3. The partition wall 5 is installed in the location where the floor finishing material 41 is not provided in the upper floor panel 40.

The partition wall 5 is disposed between the lower rail 51 installed on the upper floor panel 40, the upper rail (not shown; the same applies hereinafter) installed on the ceiling surface and the like, and the lower rail 51 and the upper rail. A plurality of studs 52, a wall base material 53 supported by the studs 52 and the like, and a wall finishing material 54 provided along the wall base material 53 are provided.

As the wall base material 53, for example, a gypsum board can be adopted. Further, as the wall finishing material 54, for example, a decorative board provided with makeup on the surface can be adopted.

The support legs 2 are not arranged immediately below the partition wall 5. As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the partition wall 5A disposed along the X direction and the partition wall 5B disposed along the Y direction are disposed between the support legs 2 adjacent to each other in plan view. ing. As shown in FIG. 2, a baseboard 55 is provided at the lower end of the wall finish 54.

Next, the construction method of the above double floor will be described.
First, a support leg installation process is performed.
The operator installs the support leg 2 on the floor slab 1.
At this time, starting from an arbitrary point on the floor slab 1, the support legs 2 are installed at substantially the same pitch in the X direction and the Y direction.

In this embodiment, the starting point support leg (starting point) 2A is installed at a position away from the reference point by a predetermined distance with the point P along the wall panel W shown in FIG. 1 as a reference point. Then, the support legs 2 are sequentially installed at a pitch of about 450 mm from the starting support leg 2A in the X direction and the Y direction.

Next, a flooring installation process is performed.
The worker supports the flooring 3 on the support leg 2. In the present embodiment, the short side 32 of the unit panel 31 is disposed so as to straddle the two support legs 2 adjacent in the X direction, and the unit panel 31 is disposed so as to straddle the five support legs 2 arranged in the Y direction. The unit panel 31 is installed so that the long side 33 of the unit is arranged. The short side 32 and the long side 33 of the unit panel 31 are each fixed to the support plate 23 of the support leg 2 with a fixture (not shown). Further, the upper floor panel 40 is fixed to the upper side of the unit panel 31 with a fixture (not shown).

Next, a wall material installation process is performed.
The worker installs the partition wall 5 at a predetermined position determined by a design drawing or the like.
The lower rail 51 of the partition wall 5 is fixed to the upper floor panel 40, the upper rail is fixed to the ceiling surface or the like, and a plurality of studs 52 are installed between the lower rail 51 and the upper rail. Then, the wall base material 53 is fixed to the stud 52 and the wall finishing material 54 is fixed to the wall base material 53.

Next, a finishing material installation process is performed.
The worker installs a floor finish 41 on the upper surface of the upper floor panel 40. A baseboard 55 is installed at the lower end of the wall finish 54.

In the construction method of the double floor constructed as described above, the support legs 2 installed on the floor slab 1 and supporting the flooring 3 are substantially the same in the X and Y directions perpendicular to each other along the floor slab 1. What is necessary is just to install at intervals. Therefore, since the position of the support leg 2 can be determined regardless of the position of the partition wall 5 installed on the floor material 3, the work of marking out the position of the partition wall 5 on the floor slab 1 becomes unnecessary, and workability is improved. Can be improved.

Moreover, what is necessary is just to install the support leg 2 from the arbitrary position on the floor slab 1 at predetermined intervals in the X direction and the Y direction from the starting point. Therefore, since the installation of the support leg 2 can be started from any position on the floor slab 1, it is convenient for work.

It should be noted that the assembly procedure shown in the above-described embodiment, or the shapes and combinations of the constituent members are examples, and various modifications can be made based on design requirements and the like without departing from the gist of the present invention.

For example, in the embodiment described above, the flooring 3 is divided into the upper floor panel 40 and the lower floor panel 30 in the vertical direction, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the upper floor panel 40 and the lower floor panel are divided. It may be a floor material that is not divided into the panel 30 and is integrated in the vertical direction.

In the embodiment described above, the short side 32 and the long side 33 of the unit panel 31 are arranged so as to straddle between the plurality of support legs 2, in other words, the seam of the unit panel 31 is arranged immediately above the support legs 2. Has been. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a configuration in which the joint of the unit panel 31 is not disposed immediately above the support leg 2 may be employed. In this case, it is preferable that the adjacent unit panels 31 are arranged without gaps and connected to each other.

Further, in the embodiment described above, the installation of the support leg 2 is started from a position that is a predetermined distance away from the point P along the wall panel W. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be started from an arbitrary position. .
