Abstract
【解決手段】電気端子10は、コンタクト20と連結部材30とを有する。コンタクト20は、前後に延びた形状を有する。このコンタクト20は、アルメルやクロメルなど、それ自体では電気端子として不向きな金属材料で作られている。連結部材30は、コンタクト20にスポット溶接等で固定されている。この連結部材30は、電気端子の材料として適する銅合金等の金属で作られている。この連結部材30は、挿入開口31と、ばね部32と、圧着部33とを有する。挿入開口31からは、相手電気端子のコンタクトが挿入される。挿入開口31から挿入された相手コンタクトは、ばね部32によりコンタクト20に押し当てられる。また、圧着部33には、補償導線50の、同種材料で作られた芯線50が、コンタクト20に接した状態に圧着される。

Claims (3)
- 第1種類の金属からなる第1コンタクトと、
前記第1コンタクトと同一種類の金属からなる電線を該第1コンタクトに押し当てた状態に圧着する圧着部を有し、前記第1種類とは異なる第2種類の金属からなる、該圧着部における圧着とは無関係に該第1コンタクトに固定された連結部材とを備えたことを特徴とする電気端子。 - 前記第1コンタクトが棒状あるいは板状に延びた形状を有し、
前記連結部材が、片持ち梁形状に形成され、前記第1コンタクトに沿うとともに自由端が該第1コンタクトに近づく向きに延び、該第1コンタクトとの間に、相手電気端子の、該第1コンタクトと同一種類の金属からなる第2コンタクトを挟んで該第2コンタクトを該第1コンタクトに押し当てるばね部をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気端子。 - 第1種類の金属からなる第1コンタクトと、
前記第1種類の金属と同一種類の金属からなる電線を該第1コンタクトに押し当てた状態に該電線を該第1コンタクトとの間に弾性的に挟持するばねクランプを有し、前記第1種類の金属とは異なる第2種類の金属からなる、該ばねクランプによる挟持とは無関係に該第1コンタクトに固定された連結部材とを備えたことを特徴とする電気端子。
