Claims (6)
- 変速機(60)の奇数段ギヤ(G1,G3,G5)に対応する第1油圧クラッチ(63)と偶数段ギヤ(G2,G4,G6)に対応する第2油圧クラッチ(64)とからなるツインクラッチを有し、前記奇数段ギヤ(G1,G3,G5)または偶数段ギヤ(G2,G4,G6)の一方が駆動力伝達状態のときに他方をニュートラル状態とするシフトパターンを適用するツインクラッチ式変速機のクラッチ油圧制御装置(125)において、
前記第1油圧クラッチ(63)または前記第2油圧クラッチ(64)へ油圧供給先を切り換えるシフトバルブ(142)と、
前記シフトバルブ(142)を作動させるために同期して作動する2つのシフトソレノイドバルブ(144,145)とを備え、
前記シフトバルブ(142)と前記2つのシフトソレノイドバルブ(144,145)との間に、前記2つのシフトソレノイドバルブ(144,145)から油圧が供給されている状態で一方の油圧供給のみが遮断された場合、または、前記2つのシフトソレノイドバルブ(144,145)からの油圧が供給されていない状態で一方の供給油圧のみが生じた場合であっても、前記シフトバルブ(142)への油圧供給状態を維持するための保持バルブ(143)を備えたことを特徴とするクラッチ油圧制御回路。 - 前記保持バルブ(143)は、
前記2つのシフトソレノイドバルブ(144,145)からの供給油圧が供給される第1圧力感知部(164)および第2圧力感知部(164a)と、
前記第1圧力感知部(164)および第2圧力感知部(164a)に対向する戻りばね(165)を備えたスプールバルブ(166)と、
前記保持バルブ(143)から前記シフトバルブ(142)へ供給される供給油圧の油圧反力を前記戻りばね(165)の付勢力に印加するように前記保持バルブ(143)に設けられた第3圧力感知部(300)と
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチ油圧制御回路。 - 前記2つのシフトソレノイドバルブ(144,145)が同一部品で構成されており、
前記2つのシフトソレノイドバルブ(144,145)は、前記オイルポンプ(127)に接続されるオイル供給路(151)から分岐された分岐通路(151c)を開閉制御することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のクラッチ油圧制御回路。 - 前記シフトソレノイドバルブ(144,145)は、非通電時にオープンかつ通電時にクローズとなる常開型であり、
前記第3圧力感知部(300)は、前記保持バルブ(143)で開閉される分岐通路(151b,151c)の下流側にあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクラッチ油圧制御回路。 - 前記第1油圧クラッチ(63)および前記第2油圧クラッチ(64)への供給油圧を制御するリニアソレノイドバルブ(141)を、非通電時にオープンかつ通電時にクローズとなる常開型とすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のクラッチ油圧制御回路。
- 前記シフトソレノイドバルブ(144,145)は、非通電時にクローズかつ通電時にオープンとなる常開型であり、
前記第3圧力感知部(300)は、前記保持バルブ(143)で開閉される分岐通路(151b,151c)の下流側にあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のクラッチ油圧制御回路。
