Abstract
Description
・Qhyst1s:RSCPに基づいてサービングセル(serving cell)をランク付けする際に使用される。
・Qhyst2s:Ec/Ioに基づいてサービングセルをランク付けする際に使用される。
・Qqualmin:Ec/Ioに基づいた最小必要品質尺度。
・Qrxlevmin:受信信号電力測定値(例えば受信信号符合電力(RSCP:received signal code power))に基づいた最小必要品質尺度。
・DeltaQrxlevmin:(値Deltaを条件とする)存在する場合、Qrxlevminの実際値は、Qrxlevmin+DeltaQrxlevmin。
・UE_TXPWR_MAX_RACH:最大許容UL(アップリンク)TX電力。
・Sintrasrch(任意選択):Squal≦Sintrasearchである場合、周波数内(intra−frequency)近隣セル測定を行い、ここで、Squalは、WTRUによって測定された対応するセルの測定信号対干渉比マイナスQqualminに基づいている。
・Sintersrch(任意選択):Squal≦Sintersearchである場合、周波数間(inter−frequency)近隣セル測定を行う。
・SsearehHCS(任意選択):Squal≦SsearehHCSである場合、階層セル構造(HCS)間(inter−Hierarchical Cell Structure(HCS))/周波数間近隣セル測定を行う。
・SHCS,RAT(任意選択):Squal≦SHCS,RATである場合、HCS(階層セル構造)間/RAT近隣セル測定を行う。
・Slimit,SearchRAT(任意選択):この閾値は、HCSが使用される場合に、セル再選択のための測定ルールにおいて使用される。この閾値は、それを上回った場合に、RAT「m」においてUEがいかなるRAT間(inter−RAT)測定も実行しないことを選択できる、サービングUTRAセルにおけるRAT固有の閾値(dB単位)を指定する。

Claims (1)
- 無線送受信ユニット(WTRU)によって実施する、情報を処理する方法において、
前記WTRUの物理ランダムアクセスチャネル(PRACH)動作のための、情報要素として定義された複数のパラメータとして前記情報を受信するステップと、
前記受信されたパラメータを処理して、PRACH動作を実行するステップであって、前記情報要素は、ランダムアクセスチャネル(RACH)応答ウィンドウサイズおよびPRACH周波数位置情報を含むPRACHシステム情報を含んでおり、前記RACH応答ウィンドウサイズはサブフレームの数として与えられる、ステップと
を備えることを特徴とする方法。
