Abstract
【解決手段】熱交換器は、一束のチューブ2と、第1ヘッダ4とを備え、一束のチューブは、チューブ内を循環する冷媒流体と外部の気流との間の熱の交換を提供し、熱交換器は、第1ヘッダの第1部分4aにつながるチューブと、第1ヘッダの第2部分4bにつながるチューブの間における冷媒の直列の循環を形成するように構成されている。第1ヘッダは、ヘッダの第1部分および第2部分の間の流体の循環を乱すように構成された隔壁12を有する。熱交換器は、とくに電気および/またはハイブリッド自動車のためのものである。

−前記一束の前記チューブは、前記チューブの前記第1部分および第2部分にそれぞれ対応する第1経路および第2経路に区分されている。

Claims (15)
- 熱交換器であって、
前記交換器は、一束のチューブ(2)と、第1ヘッダ(4)と、を備え、
前記一束のチューブ(2)は、前記チューブ(2)内を循環する冷媒流体と外部の気流との間の熱の交換を提供し、
前記熱交換器は、前記第1ヘッダの第1部分に現れる前記チューブ(2)の第1部分と、前記ヘッダ(4)の第2部分(4b)に現れる前記チューブ(2)の第2部分と、の間における前記冷媒流体のための直列の循環を形成するように構成され、
前記第1ヘッダ(4)は、前記チューブ(2)の前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間の循環を乱すように構成された隔壁(12)を有する
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記一束の前記チューブ(2)は、前記チューブ(2)の前記第1部分および第2部分にそれぞれ対応する第1経路および第2経路に区分されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1経路における前記冷媒流体のための流れの断面は、前記一束における前記冷媒流体のための流れの断面の40%〜70%に相当する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1経路における前記冷媒流体のための流れの断面は、40%より大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記隔壁(12)は、前記第1ヘッダ(4)の前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間の通過領域から距離dに位置しており、前記隔壁(12)は、
−前記第1部分(4a)において、前記距離dは、前記第1ヘッダ(4)の前記第1部分(4a)の軸方向の長さの半分より短く、
−前記第2部分(4a)において、前記距離dは、前記第1ヘッダ(4)の前記第2部分(4b)の前記軸方向の長さの半分より短い、
というように位置決めされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記隔壁(12)は、前記通過領域に位置している
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記隔壁(12)は、前記冷媒流体を、前記一束の前記チューブ(2)が現れる前記熱交換器の第2ヘッダ(5)の分離隔壁(9)に近接して位置する前記第2チューブ部分(2)における前記チューブに選択的に向かわせるように構成されており、前記分離隔壁(9)は、前記直列の循環を規定している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記分離隔壁(9)に近接して位置する前記第2チューブ部分(2)における前記チューブは、前記冷媒流体が前記熱交換器を離れるための穴(11)と対向して配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記冷媒流体の循環を乱す前記隔壁(12)は、前記流体のための1つまたは2つ以上の通過穴(14)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記冷媒流体の通過穴(14)は、前記冷媒流体の循環を乱す前記隔壁(12)の表面に規則的に分配されている
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記通過穴(14)は、前記流体を、前記分離隔壁(9)に近接して位置する前記第2チューブ部分(2)における前記チューブの方向に向かわせるように分配されている
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記通過穴(14)は、前記チューブ(2)に近接して位置する前記冷媒流体の循環を乱す前記隔壁(12)の半分において、より多い、および/または、より大きい表面領域を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項9または11に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記冷媒流体の循環を満たす前記隔壁(12)は、前記第1ヘッダの長手軸に対して交差する向きに配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記冷媒流体の循環を乱す前記隔壁(12)は、前記冷媒流体を前記一束に向かわせるように向けられたデフレクタ(15)である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 - 前記熱交換器は、自動車のフロントフェイス上に位置決めされるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
