Claims (10)
- ガラス封着シートにおいて、
第1の面及び第2の面を有するガラスコア層、
前記ガラスコア層の前記第1の面に接合された第1のクラッド層、及び
前記ガラスコア層の前記第2の面に接合された第2のクラッド層、
を含み、
前記第1のクラッド層が、第1の熱膨張係数を有し、放射吸収成分を含むガラス組成で形成され、
前記第2のクラッド層が、前記第1のクラッド層の前記ガラス組成とは異なる組成で形成され、かつ第2の熱膨張係数を有し、
前記第1の熱膨張係数と前記第2の熱膨張係数の間の差が、約0×10−7/℃から約10×10−7/℃の範囲にある、
ことを特徴とするガラス封着シート。 - 前記ガラスコア層が、前記第1の熱膨張係数及び前記第2の熱膨張係数より約0×10−7/℃から約50×10−7/℃大きい、コア熱膨張係数を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス封着シート。
- 前記放射吸収成分が遷移金属または希土類元素を含み、前記遷移金属または前記希土類元素が、鉄、銅、バナジウム、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、クロム、ネオジム及びセリウムからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス封着シート。
- 前記第1のクラッド層の前記ガラス組成が、
約50モル%から約75モル%のSiO2、
約1モル%から約20モル%のAl2O3、
約8モル%から約30モル%のB2O3、
約0モル%から約6モル%のNa2O、
約0モル%から約2モル%のLi2O、
約0モル%から約3モル%のK2O、
約0.5モル%から約5モル%の放射吸収成分、及び
約0モル%から約5モル%のTiO2、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス封着シート。 - 前記第1のクラッド層及び前記第2のクラッド層が約30μmから約150μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス封着シート。
- 前記第2のクラッド層の前記組成がガラス組成であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス封着シート。
- 前記第2のクラッド層の前記ガラス組成が、鉄、銅、バナジウム、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、クロム、ネオジム及びセリウムからなる群から選ばれる放射吸収成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガラス封着シート。
- 前記ガラス封着シートが約1mmより薄い総厚を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス封着シート。
- 前記第1のクラッド層及び前記第2のクラッド層が、約20MPaから約250MPaの圧縮応力を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス封着シート。
- ガラス封着シートの製造方法において、前記方法が、
コアガラス組成を溶融して溶融コアガラス組成を形成する工程、
放射吸収成分を含む第1クラッドガラス組成を溶融して溶融第1クラッドガラス組成を形成する工程、
第2クラッドポリマー組成を溶融して溶融第2クラッドポリマー組成を形成する工程、
前記溶融コアガラス組成、前記溶融第1クラッドガラス組成及び前記溶融第2クラッドポリマー組成を、それぞれが合流して複合流を形成するように、流す工程、及び
前記複合流を延伸して、
第1の面及び第2の面を有し、かつコア熱膨張係数を有するガラスコア層、
前記ガラスコア層の前記第1の面に接合された、第1の熱膨張係数を有する、第1のクラッド層、及び
前記ガラスコア層の前記第2の面に接合された第2のクラッド層、
を含み、
前記第1の熱膨張係数と前記コア熱膨張係数の間の差が約0×10−7/℃から約10×10−7/℃の範囲にある、
ガラス封着シートにする工程、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
