前記食道電極構造体により測定された前記電気特性と、前記食道電極構造体及び前記心臓の前記表面の前記の決定された位置と、に基づいて、前記心臓の前記表面の電気特性を決定するための電気特性決定ユニットと、

- 前記システムは、前記生物の前記外表面上の前記外側電極構造体を示す画像データを生成するためのイメージングユニットをさらに有し、前記位置決定ユニットは、前記の生成された画像データに基づいて、前記生物の前記外表面上の前記外側電極構造体の前記位置を決定するよう適合されている、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記食道電極構造体及び/又は前記心臓の前記表面を示す画像データを生成するためのイメージングユニットをさらに有し、前記位置決定ユニットは、前記の生成された画像データに基づいて、前記食道電極構造体の前記位置及び/又は前記心臓の前記表面の前記位置を決定するよう適合されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記イメージングユニットは、前記画像データとして3次元画像を生成するためのCアームx線ユニットである、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記イメージングユニットは、前記生物の前記食道に導入されるよう適合されており、前記画像データとして超音波画像を生成するよう適合されている経食道心エコー超音波プローブを有する、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記経食道心エコー超音波プローブ及び前記食道電極構造体は、互いと統合されている、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記食道電極構造体は、電極と、前記電極を保持するよう適合されており、前記生物の前記食道に導入されるよう適合されている食道保持構造体と、を有する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記食道保持構造体は、バルーンを有し、前記電極は、前記バルーンの外表面上に配置されている、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記食道保持構造体は、直線形状、平面形状、部分的円筒形状、又は全円筒形状である、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記位置決定ユニットは、光学的形状センシングにより又は電磁気トラッキングにより、前記食道電極構造体の前記位置を決定するよう適合されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記食道電極構造体は、前記食道を冷却するよう適合されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 生物の心臓内で介入プロシージャを実行するための介入システムであって、
前記生物の前記心臓に導入されるよう適合されている介入器具と、
前記心臓の表面の電気特性を決定するための、請求項1記載のシステムと、
を有する介入システム。 - 生物の心臓の表面の電気特性を決定するための方法であって、
前記生物の食道に導入されている食道電極構造体を使用することにより、前記生物の前記食道内の電気特性を測定するステップと、
位置決定ユニットにより、前記食道内の前記食道電極構造体の位置と、前記心臓の前記表面の位置と、を決定するステップと、
電気特性決定ユニットにより、前記食道電極構造体により測定された前記電気特性と、前記食道電極構造体及び前記心臓の前記表面の前記の決定された位置と、に基づいて、前記心臓の前記表面の電気特性を決定するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 生物の心臓の表面の電気特性を決定するためのコンピュータプログラムであって、前記コンピュータプログラムが、請求項1記載のシステムを制御するコンピュータ上で実行されたときに、前記コンピュータプログラムは、請求項1記載のシステムに、請求項14記載の方法のステップを実行させる、コンピュータプログラム。
