Claims (8)
- 力測定システムを用いた、複数の架線(3)における摩耗監視のための装置であって、前記力測定システムが、
−動作状態において、監視される前記架線(3)に対して直角に整向された2つのすり板(1a,1b)と、
−動作状態において、前記架線(3)に対して平行に整向されており、かつ、上方へ押圧される、第1及び第2の端部を備えた2つの結合横材(2a,2b)であって、その結果、前記2つのすり板(1a,1b)があらかじめ設定された力で前記架線(3)に対して押圧される、前記結合横材(2a,2b)と、
を備え、
−それぞれ1つの棒状の、第1及び第2の端部を備え、ひずみセンサが配置されたロードセル(4a〜4d)が、前記両結合横材(2a,2b)の前記各端部に配置されており、
−複数の前記ロードセル(4a,4b)の第1の端部が前記すり板(1b)に結合されており、
−複数の前記ロードセル(4c,4d)の第1の端部が前記すり板(1a)に結合されており、
−1つの前記ロードセル(4a)の第2の端部が前記結合横材(2a)の第1の端部に結合されており、
−1つの前記ロードセル(4b)の第2の端部が前記結合横材(2b)の第1の端部に結合されており、
−1つの前記ロードセル(4c)の第2の端部が前記結合横材(2b)の第2の端部に結合されており、
−1つの前記ロードセル(4d)の第2の端部が前記結合横材(2a)の第2の端部に結合されており、
−前記ロードセル(4a,4d)の長手軸線が前記結合横材(2a)の長手軸線の方向に延在しており、前記ロードセル(4b,4c)の長手軸線が前記結合横材(2b)の長手軸線の方向に延在している
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記各すり板(1a,1b)と前記棒状の各ロードセル(4a〜4d)の間に、それぞれ1つのプレート状のバネ要素(5a1〜5d1)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の、複数の架線における摩耗監視のための装置。
- 前記結合横材(2a,2b)の前記各端部と前記棒状のロードセル(4a〜4d)の前記各端部の間に、それぞれ1つのプレート状のバネ要素(5a2〜5d2)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の、複数の架線における摩耗監視のための装置。
- 前記各すり板(1a,1b)と前記棒状のロードセル(4a〜4d)の前記各端部の間にそれぞれ1つのプレート状のバネ要素(5a1〜5d2)が配置されており、前記各結合横材(2a,2b)と前記棒状のロードセル(4a〜4d)の前記各端部の間にそれぞれ1つのプレート状のバネ要素(5a2〜5d2)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の、複数の架線における摩耗監視のための装置。
- 前記棒状のロードセル(4a〜4d)が複数のFBGセンサを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の、複数の架線における摩耗監視のための装置。
- 鋼又はアルミニウムで製造され、片側で前記結合横材(2a,2b)に固定された強固な保護スリーブ(6a〜6d)が、前記棒状の各ロードセル(4a〜4d)と前記各結合横材(2a,2b)との間の接続の範囲の周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の、複数の架線における摩耗監視のための装置。
- 前記強固な保護スリーブ(6a〜6d)の直径が、その内面が過負荷ストッパとして作用するように選択されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の、複数の架線における摩耗監視のための装置。
- ステンレス鋼で製造され、両側において密封式のシールを備えたベローズ(7a〜7d)が、前記棒状の各ロードセル(4a〜4d)と前記各結合横材(2a,2b)との間の接続の範囲の周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の、複数の架線における摩耗監視のための装置。
