Abstract
Description
a)一般的にはコンピュータ計算により、弁の流れ断面の望ましい変動関係(S*(t))を決定し、少なくとも時間間隔(Δt)にわたって、時間関数として弁の流れ断面(S)における望ましい変動を定義する、ステップと、
b)弁部材が前記間隔の間に従うことが望ましい所定の移動関係(P(t))を設定するステップと、
c)前記所定移動関係に従って前記間隔の間に弁部材が移動する場合に、前記時間間隔の間の各瞬間(t)において、流れ断面(S(t))がその瞬間に望ましい断面(S*(t))と等しいままとなるように、前記流体流れオリフィスの形状を定義するステップ。
・可変断面(S)の流体流れオリフィスを呈する弁であって、前記断面は弁の弁部材の位置に依存する、弁と、
・前記弁部材の位置を制御するのに適したアクチュエータと、を備え、
弁装置は、
・アクチュエータはある時間間隔にわたって一定の速度で弁部材を駆動するのに適しており、
・流れオリフィスの断面は、アクチュエータが前記時間間隔にわたって一定の速度で前記弁部材を駆動するときに非線形に変化し、
・流体流れオリフィスの形状は、従来の幾何形状ではなく、従来の幾何形状の部分の組み合わせでもなく、従来の幾何形状は円、楕円、直線、または放物線であることを、特徴とする。
Claims (6)
- 可変断面(S)の流体流れオリフィス(36)を呈する弁(12)を設計する設計方法であって、前記断面は弁の弁部材(30)の位置に依存し、前記弁部材の位置は弁に適用されたコマンドによって制御され、方法は、
a)弁の流れ断面の望ましい変動関係(S*(t))を決定し、少なくとも時間間隔(Δt)にわたって、時間関数として弁の流れ断面(S)における望ましい変動を定義する、ステップと、
b)弁部材が前記間隔の間に従うことが望ましい所定の移動関係(P(t))を設定するステップと、
c)前記所定移動関係(P(t))にしたがって前記間隔の間に弁部材が移動する場合に、前記時間間隔の間の各瞬間(t)において、流れ断面(S(t))がその瞬間に望ましい断面(S*(t))と等しいままとなるように、前記流体流れオリフィスの形状を定義するステップと、
を備える設計方法。 - 前記移動関係が定速移動関係である、請求項1に記載の設計方法。
- 弁がその一部を形成するシステムのパラメータについて望ましい変動関係(F*(t))が設定され、パラメータの前記望ましい変動関係(F*(t))の関数として前記弁の断面に望ましい変動関係(S*(t))が決定される、請求項1または2に記載の設計方法。
- 前記弁の断面に望ましい変動関係(S*(t))および弁がその一部を形成するシステムのパラメータに望ましい変動関係(F*(t))の両方が、計算によって一緒に決定される、請求項1または2に記載の設計方法。
- システムの前記パラメータが前記弁の流量である、請求項3または4に記載の設計方法。
- 弁を製造する方法であって、方法が、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の弁設計方法を用いて弁を設計するステップを含み、このようにして設計された弁を製造するステップが続く、方法。
