Ingeo(インジオ)(登録商標)PLAタイプ6400Dを選択して、ティーバッグに装着する紐用の連続フィラメント糸(continuous filament yarn)を作製した。糸は、一本のフィラメント当たり3デニールで、50本のフィラメントから形成された。糸は、空気撚糸して(air entangled)、テクスチャーされて(textured)、PLAティーバッグの紐が作られた。

- コーヒー又はティーの袋、又は小袋の飲料注入パッケージを製造するために使用される不織ウェブであって、前記ウェブは100%のポリ乳酸(PLA)繊維及び誘導体で構成され、使用後は100%の生分解性と、ポリマーから完成ウェブまでの製造工程の各ステップ中に廃棄材料の100%のリサイクル可能性とを提供する、不織ウェブ。
- 前記繊維の繊維長さが2mm〜90mmである、請求項1に記載のウェブ。
- 前記繊維の繊維長さが38mmである、請求項1に記載のウェブ。

- 茶葉を含むティーバッグの注入材料の多孔質の袋を保持するためと、それを液中へ浸すためとの紐であって、安全及び利便性から、前記紐の糸剛性を低減して、簡単には破れないが素手で破ることができるという最低レベルの強度を調整されて、構成され及び配置される、紐。
- 小袋/袋の製造を含む、濾過器製品を製造するためのもので、PLAポリマーから作られたPLA繊維を含み、3.5を上回る相対粘度を有し、高透明度の強靭な繊維と、4.0〜7.0グラム/デニールの糸剛性を有する基材を作るための、不織基材ウェブ。
- 小袋/袋の製造を含み、濾過器製品を製造するためのもので、一部又は全体の紐が、複数の撚糸された連続フィラメントで作られ、一本のフィラメントあたり0.9〜6デニールであり、その20〜1000本のフィラメントが形成する、PLA紐。
- 1〜6デニールで、長さが0.75〜6インチで紡糸されたPLA安定繊維を用い、外郭、噴流、オープンエンド紡糸を用いて作製される、請求項24に記載のPLA紐。
- 複合ブレンドとして、10%〜80%のCo‐PLA複合体を含み、PLAを有するCo‐PLAがのブレンドである、請求項23の記載の基材ウェブ製品。
- 粒状或いは多孔質の含有物を液体濾過するための保持袋又は小袋であり、前記袋又は小袋が、全体又は一部の小袋、そして連続フィラメント又は紡糸のPLAの紐として、請求項26に記載の前記複合ブレンドを含む、保持袋又は小袋。
