Description
Claims (18)
- 溶接用超合金のための溶接フィラー金属であって、当該溶接フィラー金属が、
約2300〜2500°Fの融点を有する第1の材料と、
約1800〜2200°Fの融点を有する第2の材料と
を含む予備成形品を含んでおり、第1の材料と第2の材料との比が可変である、溶接フィラー金属。 - 第1及び第2の材料の少なくとも一方は、コバルト基システム及びニッケル基システムの少なくとも一方を含む、請求項1に記載の溶接フィラー金属。
- 第1の材料及び第2の材料の比は、超合金の材料含有率及び溶接される超合金の融点の少なくとも一方に基づいて選択される、請求項1に記載の溶接フィラー金属。
- 第1の材料は、表1の材料のリストを含む群から選択される材料を含む、請求項3に記載の溶接フィラー金属。
- 第2の材料は、表2の材料のリストを含む群から選択される材料を含む、請求項3に記載の溶接フィラー金属。
- 予備成形品の形状は、ワイヤ形状を含む、請求項1に記載の溶接フィラー金属。
- 予備成形品の形状は、溶接される超合金の領域と合致する形状を含む、請求項1に記載の溶接フィラー金属。
- 超合金を溶接する方法であって、
予備成形品であって、約2300〜2500°Fの融点を有する第1の材料と、約1800〜2200°Fの融点を有する第2の材料とを含み、第1の材料及び第2の材料の比が可変である予備成形品を、超合金の領域に適用するステップと、
予備成形品及び超合金を溶接するステップとを含む方法。 - 第1及び第2の材料の少なくとも一方は、コバルト基システム及びニッケル基システムの少なくとも一方を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 超合金の材料含有率及び溶接される超合金の融点の少なくとも一方に基づいて、比を選択するステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1の材料は、表1の材料のリストを含む群から選択される材料を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第2の材料は、表2の材料のリストを含む群から選択される材料を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 予備成形品の形状は、ワイヤ形状を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 予備成形品の形状は、溶接される超合金の領域と合致する形状を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 溶接するステップは、機械加工における欠陥から材料を堆積させるステップと、機械加工における欠陥から材料を再加工するステップと、空孔又は開口を閉鎖するステップと、新規な部品を追加するステップとを含む群のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 溶接するステップは、ガスタングステンアーク溶接、プラズマアーク溶接、レーザ溶接、及び電子ビーム溶接を含む群のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 溶接の第2層に第2のフィラー金属を追加するステップと、
