Claims (10)
- 所定の検出対象を発生させる発生部と、前記発生部により発生した前記検出対象を検出する検出部と、前記発生部と前記検出部との間の領域で動作する動作体とを備えるセンサの製造方法であって、
前記発生部が設けられた第1部分と前記検出部が設けられた第2部分が一体である基板を湾曲させるか又は折り曲げることで前記発生部と前記検出部とを対向させ、
前記動作体が前記発生部と前記検出部との間の領域に進入するように前記基板と前記動作体とを相対移動させる
センサの製造方法。 - 前記基板は、前記第1部分と前記第2部分とを接続する接続部を有し、
前記動作体が前記接続部の反対側から前記領域に進入するよう前記基板と前記動作体とを相対移動させる
請求項1に記載のセンサの製造方法。 - 前記基板の湾曲又は折り曲げ後の前記第1部分と前記第2部分とは平行であり、
前記基板と前記動作体との相対移動方向は、前記第1部分及び前記第2部分に沿う
請求項1又は2に記載のセンサの製造方法。 - 前記動作体は、シャフトを介して回転可能に支持された円盤状の部材であり、
前記動作体が前記発生部と前記検出部との間の領域に進入した状態で前記シャフトと前記基板とが非接触となるための切欠を前記第1部分及び前記第2部分の少なくとも一方に設ける
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のセンサの製造方法。 - 筐体を構成する複数の部材の一つである第1部材に前記基板を取り付け、
前記筐体を構成する複数の部材の一つであって前記動作体を支持する第2部材と前記第1部材とを近接させることで、前記筐体を組み立てるとともに前記動作体が前記発生部と前記検出部との間の領域に進入するように前記基板と前記動作体とを相対移動させる
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサの製造方法。 - 前記第1部材と前記第2部材との組み立て後、前記第2部材が有する前記基板の進入口をカバー部材で覆う
請求項5に記載のセンサの製造方法。 - 所定の検出対象を発生させる発生部と、
前記発生部により発生した前記検出対象を検出する検出部と、
前記発生部及び前記検出部が設けられる基板と、
前記発生部と前記検出部との間の領域で動作する動作体と、
前記発生部、前記検出部及び前記動作体を収納する筐体と
を備え、
前記基板は、前記発生部が設けられる第1部分と前記検出部が設けられる第2部分とが一体であって、かつ、前記発生部と前記検出部とが対向する湾曲又は折り曲げ形状を有し、前記発生部と前記検出部との間の領域に前記動作体が存する位置に設けられ、
前記筐体は、前記基板が取り付けられる第1部材と、前記動作体が設けられる第2部材と、を有する
センサ。 - 前記筐体は、カバー部材を有し、
前記カバー部材は、前記第2部材に設けられた前記基板の進入口を覆う
請求項7に記載のセンサ。 - 前記筐体は、
前記センサが取り付けられる孔が設けられた部材の前記孔に嵌るインロー部と、
前記孔の径より大きい外径を有する係合部と、
前記インロー部を挟んで前記係合部の反対側に延出する延出部と
を有し、
前記延出部は、外周面に雄ねじが切られた柱状の外形を有し、外径が前記孔を挿通可能な径である
請求項7又は8に記載のセンサ。 - 前記孔は円状の孔であり、
前記インロー部は前記円状の孔の内周面に当接する円弧上の外周面を有し、
前記係合部は、前記部材に設けられた回り止め部と当接する当接部を有する
