Abstract
【課題】鏡面仕上げされた塗膜を備えた建材に関し、塗膜にブロッキングが生じ難く、加工の際にバリや破損が生じ難い建材を提供すること。
【解決手段】基材1と、基材1の表面に形成された第一鏡面塗膜2と、第一鏡面塗膜2の表面に形成された第二鏡面塗膜3と、を有し、第一鏡面塗膜2は充填剤と第一の樹脂剤とを含有し、第一鏡面塗膜2の鉛筆硬度が3H以上で8H以下の範囲にあり、第二鏡面塗膜3は少なくとも第二の樹脂剤を含有し、第二鏡面塗膜3の鉛筆硬度がB以上で2H以下の範囲にある建材10である。

Description
図1は本発明の建材の実施の形態1の一部を拡大した縦断面図である。
図示する建材10は、基材1の表面に第一鏡面塗膜2が形成され、第一鏡面塗膜2の表面に第二鏡面塗膜3が形成されてその全体が構成されている。
まず、基材1の表面をベルトサンダー(サンドペーパー♯80から♯100へ順次移行させる)にて研磨し、シーラーを塗布する(エポシーラー 3g/尺2)。
図2は本発明の建材の実施の形態2の一部を拡大した縦断面図である。
図示する建材10Aは、基材1の表面に第一鏡面塗膜2が形成され、第一鏡面塗膜2の表面に第二鏡面塗膜3が形成され、さらに第二鏡面塗膜3の表面に保護塗膜4が形成されてその全体が構成されている。
本発明者等は本発明の建材の各種性能を検証する実験をおこなった。この実験に際し、実施例1〜13の試験体と比較例1〜5の試験体を製作し、各試験体の鏡面観察をおこなうとともに、耐ブロッキング性、切断箇所の塗膜状態、および不燃性を検証した。ここで、塗布量に関し、保護塗膜は10g/尺2、第二鏡面塗膜は10g/尺2、第一鏡面塗膜は12〜20g/尺2である。また、使用した木質セメント板の表面はフラット柄(平坦)である。以下、表1に、各試験体の形成素材、鉛筆硬度と評価結果を示す。
Claims (7)
- 基材と、
基材の表面に形成された第一鏡面塗膜と、
第一鏡面塗膜の表面に形成された第二鏡面塗膜と、を有し、
第一鏡面塗膜は充填剤と第一の樹脂剤とを含有し、第一鏡面塗膜の鉛筆硬度が3H以上で8H以下の範囲にあり、
第二鏡面塗膜は少なくとも第二の樹脂剤を含有し、第二鏡面塗膜の鉛筆硬度がB以上で2H以下の範囲にある建材。 - 第二鏡面塗膜が顔料をさらに含む請求項1に記載の建材。
- 充填剤は、タルク、炭酸カルシウム、シリカ、ガラス、石英、アルミニウム、雲母のいずれか一種もしくは複数種からなり、第一鏡面塗膜における充填剤の含有割合が40質量%以上で70質量%以下の範囲にある請求項1または2に記載の建材。
- 第一の樹脂剤は、紫外線硬化型アクリル樹脂とウレタン樹脂のいずれかからなる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の建材。
- 第二の樹脂剤は、フッ素樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ウレタン樹脂のいずれかからなる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の建材。
- 第二鏡面塗膜の表面に保護塗膜が形成されており、保護塗膜の鉛筆硬度がB以上で2H以下の範囲にある請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の建材。
- 保護塗膜が第二の樹脂剤から形成される請求項6に記載の建材。
