Abstract
【解決手段】モータジェネレータを制御対象とするMGECU24は、モータ回転速度センサによって検出された回転速度に基づいて、上記回転速度に含まれる振動成分Yであって、駆動系の振動に伴い生じる振動成分Yを抽出する。また、MGECU24は、抽出された振動成分Yに基づいて、駆動系の振動を打ち消すための補償トルクTaddを算出し、算出した補償トルクに基づいて、モータジェネレータの駆動制御を行う。さらに、MGECU24は、振動成分Yの抽出に用いられる回転速度が変速装置の変速比の変更に伴って変化することを抑制する。

Description
以下、本発明にかかる制御装置を主機として回転電機のみを備える車両に適用した第1実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第2実施形態について、先の第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態では、変速変化量の除去手法を変更する。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (8)
- 駆動輪(20)に動力を供給する主機としての回転電機(10)と、前記回転電機から出力される動力を前記駆動輪まで伝達させる駆動系とを備える車両に適用され、
前記駆動系には、第1軸(16a)が前記回転電機の出力軸(10a)に接続され、第2軸(16b)が前記駆動輪に接続された変速装置(16)が含まれ、
前記車両には、前記駆動系を構成する部品のうち前記回転電機の回転に伴って回転する回転体(10a)の回転速度を検出する速度検出手段(28)が備えられ、
前記速度検出手段によって検出された回転速度に基づいて、前記速度検出手段によって検出された回転速度に含まれる振動成分であって、前記駆動系の振動に伴い生じる振動成分を抽出する抽出手段(24b)と、
前記抽出手段によって抽出された振動成分に基づいて、前記駆動系の振動を打ち消すための補償トルクを算出する補償トルク算出手段(24c)と、
前記補償トルクに基づいて、前記回転電機の駆動制御を行う制御手段(24e)と、
前記抽出手段において前記振動成分の抽出に用いられる前記回転速度が前記変速装置の変速比の変更に伴って変化することを抑制する抑制処理を行う処理手段(24a)とを備えることを特徴とする回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記処理手段は、前記速度検出手段によって検出された回転速度に基づいて、前記回転速度の所定時間における変化量である時間変化量を都度算出する時間変化量算出手段と、前記速度検出手段によって検出された回転速度に基づいて、前記変速比の変更に伴った前記回転速度の前記所定時間における変化量である変速変化量を都度算出する変速変化量算出手段とを含み、前記抑制処理として、前記時間変化量から前記変速変化量を差し引く処理を都度行い、
前記抽出手段は、前記変速変化量が差し引かれた前記時間変化量に基づいて、前記振動成分を抽出する請求項1記載の回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記処理手段は、前記速度検出手段によって検出された回転速度に基づいて、前記変速比の変更に伴った前記回転速度の所定時間における変化量である変速変化量を都度算出する変速変化量算出手段を含み、前記抑制処理として、前記抽出手段において前記振動成分の抽出に用いられる前記回転速度から、前記変速比の変更に伴う前記回転速度の変化量を差し引く処理を都度行う請求項1記載の回転電機の制御装置。
- 前記処理手段は、前記変速変化量算出手段によって都度算出された変速変化量を積算する積算手段を含み、前記抑制処理として、前記速度検出手段によって検出された回転速度から前記積算手段によって積算された変速変化量を差し引く処理を都度行い、
前記抽出手段は、前記積算された変速変化量が差し引かれた前記回転速度に基づいて、前記振動成分を抽出する請求項3記載の回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記速度検出手段による回転速度の検出対象となる前記回転体は、前記回転電機の出力軸であり、
前記車両には、前記第2軸の回転速度を検出する下流側検出手段(32)が備えられ、
前記変速変化量算出手段は、前記所定時間における前記変速比の変化量を都度算出する変速比算出手段を含み、前記下流側検出手段によって検出された回転速度に前記変速比の変化量を乗算することで、前記変速変化量を算出する請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記所定時間は、前記変速比の変更が前記変速変化量に及ぼす影響を無視できる微小時間に設定されている請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の制御装置。
- 前記抽出手段は、前記抑制処理が施された信号を入力とし、前記駆動系の共振周波数を通過帯域に含むバンドパスフィルタを含み、前記バンドパスフィルタを通過した信号を前記振動成分として抽出する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の制御装置。
- 前記変速装置は、前記第1軸と前記第2軸との間で動力を伝達可能な状態としたまま前記変速比を連続的に変更可能な無段変速装置である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の制御装置。
