Abstract
【解決手段】1つのホールICが故障しても3個のホールICによって決定されるシフト位置Pshに基づいて走行が継続され、この3個のホールICのうち何れか2つが、現在のシフトレンジと逆方向に走行するシフト位置Pshへの信号を出力した場合に異常であると判定されて、ニュートラルレンジに切り替えられるため、前後進の誤作動が確実に防止される。従って、3個のホールICに基づいて安全な退避走行が可能となる。

Claims (6)
- シフト操作子に一体的に設けられている磁石と、該磁石に対向して配置されている少なくとも4個のセンサと、前記磁石が前記シフト操作子の操作に伴って前記各センサに対して相対変位したときに前記各センサから出力される信号に基づいて前記シフト操作子のシフト位置への操作を決定するシフト位置決定部とを、含んで構成される、車両用シフト位置検出装置であって、
前記少なくとも4個のセンサのうち何れか1つの異常が判定されると、残りの少なくとも3個のセンサによってシフト位置を決定するものであり、
前記少なくとも3個のセンサが、走行中の走行方向と逆方向に走行するシフト位置への信号を出力するか否かに基づいて異常判定を行う異常判定部をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする車両用シフト位置検出装置。 - 前記シフト位置決定部は、前記少なくとも3個のセンサから出力される信号が何れも同じシフト位置を示す場合、該少なくとも3個のセンサによって判定されるシフト位置に決定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用シフト位置検出装置。 - 前記少なくとも4個のセンサは、前記シフト操作子に設けられている前記磁石との相対位置に応じた電圧信号を出力するものであり、
前記少なくとも4個のセンサは、それぞれ異なる電圧値の電圧信号を出力するものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用シフト位置検出装置。 - 前記シフト操作子は、一直線上に配置された前記少なくとも4個のセンサの配置方向に沿って操作されるシフト方向と、該シフト方向に対して垂直なセレクト方向とに、操作可能に構成されており、
前記シフト操作子が前記セレクト方向に操作されると、前記少なくとも4個のセンサから出力される電圧値の相対関係が反転することを特徴とする請求項3の車両用シフト位置検出装置。 - 前記少なくとも4個のセンサから出力される電圧値の差分値が、予め設定されている許容値を超えたか否かに基づいて異常判定されることを特徴とする請求項3または4の車両用シフト位置検出装置。
- シフト操作子に一体的に設けられている磁石と、該磁石に対向して配置されている少なくとも4個のセンサと、前記磁石が前記シフト操作子の操作に伴って前記各センサに対して相対変位したときに前記各センサから出力される信号に基づいて前記シフト操作子のシフト位置への操作を決定するシフト位置決定部とを、含んで構成される、車両用シフト位置検出装置を有する車両用シフト制御装置であって、
前記少なくとも4個のセンサのうち何れか1つの異常が判定されると、残りの少なくとも3個のセンサによってシフト位置を決定するものであり、
前記少なくとも3個のセンサが、走行中の走行方向と逆方向に走行するシフト位置への信号を出力するか否かに基づいて異常判定を行う異常判定部をさらに備え、
前記異常判定部によって異常が判定されると、駆動装置のシフトレンジをニュートラルレンジに切り替える
ことを特徴とする車両用シフト制御装置。
