Claims (20)
- 基材層と、
前記基材層の第1面の全面に形成され、第1透過率を有する第1領域と前記第1透過率と異なる第2透過率を有する第2領域を含む第1シート層を含む、後面シート。 - 前記第1領域の前記第1透過率は、前記第2領域の前記第2透過率よりも高い、請求項1に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第1領域と前記第2領域は、互いに異なる物質からなる、請求項2に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第1領域は透明または白色顔料を含む、請求項3に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第2領域は、白色顔料または黒色顔料を含む、請求項3に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第1領域及び前記第2領域の内少なくとも一つの領域に選択的に形成される第2シート層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第1シート層及び前記第2シート層の厚さは、互いに異なり、
前記第2シート層の厚さが前記第1シート層の厚さより小さい、請求項6に記載の後面シート。 - 前記第2シート層は、白色顔料を含む、請求項6に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第2シート層の厚さは、1〜30μmである、請求項8に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第2シート層は、前記第1透過率を有する、請求項8に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第2シート層は300nm〜1200nmの波長帯域において約50%以上の前記第1透過率を有する、請求項10に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第2シート層は、ペリレン(perylene)系有機顔料である黒色顔料を含む、請求項6に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第2シート層の厚さは、1〜5μmである、請求項12に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第2シート層は、前記第2透過率を有する、請求項13に記載の後面シート。
- 前記第2シート層は300nm〜1200nmの波長帯域において約30%程度の前記第2透過率を有する、請求項14に記載の後面シート。
- 複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池の第1面の方向に位置する光透過性の保護部と、
前記光透過性シートと前記複数の太陽電池の間に位置する前面保護部と、
前記複数の太陽電池の第2面の方向に位置する後面シートと、
前記後面シートと前記複数の太陽電池の間に位置する後面保護部とを含み、
前記後面シートは、
前記複数の太陽電池と重畳され、第1透過率を有する第1領域と前記第1領域を除外した残りの部分を含み、前記第1透過率と異なる第2透過率を有する第2領域を含む第1シート層を含む、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記後面シートは、
基材層と、
前記第1領域及び前記第2領域の内、少なくとも一つの領域に選択的に形成される第2シート層を含む、請求項16に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1領域の前記第1透過率は、前記第2領域の前記第2透過率より高く、
前記第1領域と前記第2領域は、互いに異なる物質からなる、請求項16に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1領域は透明または白色顔料を含む、請求項18に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第2領域は、白色顔料または黒色顔料を含む、請求項18に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
