Abstract
【解決手段】第1電極層200aと、第2電極層200bと、層間部100a、500b、300bとを備えたタッチパネルにおいて、第1電極層200aは複数の第1電極210aを有し、第1電極210aは第1方向(Y−Y’方向)に間隔をあけて配置されている。第2電極層200bは複数の第2電極210bを有し、第2電極210bは、第1電極210aに交差するように、第2方向(X−X’方向)に間隔をあけて配置されている。層間部100a、500b、300bは第1電極層200aと第2電極層200bとの間に介在している。層間部100a、500b、300bの厚み寸法は、各第1電極210aと各第2電極210bとのそれぞれの結合容量値が0.5pF以上2pF以下となるような寸法である。

Claims (2)
- 第1方向に間隔をあけて配置された複数の第1電極を有する第1電極層と、
前記第1電極に交差するように、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に間隔をあけて配置された複数の第2電極を有する第2電極層と、
前記第1電極層と前記第2電極層との間に介在する一又は複数の層間部とを備えており、
前記層間部の厚み寸法が、各前記第1電極と各前記第2電極とのそれぞれの結合容量値が0.5pF以上2pF以下となるような寸法である静電容量型タッチパネル。 - 請求項1記載の静電容量型タッチパネルにおいて、
前記第1電極層は、前記第1電極に接続された複数の第1配線を有しており、前記第1配線は、前記第2電極に対して略平行に延びた第1平行部を有しており、
前記第2電極層は、前記第2電極に接続された複数の第2配線を有しており、前記第2配線は、前記第1電極に対して略平行に延びた第2平行部を有しており、
前記第1平行部のうちの前記第2電極の最も近くに配置された第1平行部と、当該第2電極との間の前記第2方向の距離が0.4mm以上であり、
前記第2平行部のうちの前記第1電極の最も近くに配置された第2平行部と、当該第1電極との間の前記第1方向の距離が0.8mm以上である静電容量型タッチパネル。
