Claims (20)
- 内燃エンジンと、
ギアボックス装置と
を含む自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットであって、
前記ギアボックス装置は、
クラッチ装置によって前記自動車のクランクシャフトに接続され得る少なくとも1つの第1シャフトと、
軸が前記第1シャフトの軸と平行、かつ、少し離れており、出力ピニオンを支持する少なくとも1つの第2シャフトと、
複数の前方ギア比に対応する複数ペアのギアであって、各ペアの一方のギアは、前記第1シャフトおよび前記第2シャフトの一方に対して順に強固に接続され、他方のギアは、前記第1シャフトおよび前記第2シャフトの他方に対して回転自在である、前記複数ペアのギアと、
前記回転自在な複数のギアの夫々を、夫々が設置される前記第1シャフトおよび前記第2シャフトの夫々に順に連結するための複数のギア選択装置と
を含み、
前記ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットは更に、
前記ギアボックス装置の前記第2シャフトの前記出力ピニオンと噛み合う第1冠歯車を有する差動装置と、
電気モータおよび発電機の両方として動作し、前記ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットの支持構造に強固に接続される筐体と、伝動装置によって前記差動装置の第2冠歯車(19)に接続されるシャフト(16)とを有する電気機械と、
前記接続する伝動装置において、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)と前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車(19)との間に配置される係合装置(25)と、
前記係合装置を作動させるための複数のアクチュエータ手段と
を含み、
前記ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニットは、
前記電気機械が、前記ギアボックス装置に接続される端部とは反対の前記クランクシャフトの端部で、前記内燃エンジンの前記クランクシャフトに接続される前記シャフト(16)を有し、
前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)を前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車(19)に接続する前記伝動装置が、前記自動車の更なる車軸に接続される伝動シャフトを駆動するためのギアを含む、自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。 - 前記自動車の前記更なる車軸に接続される前記伝動シャフトを駆動するための前記ギアは、前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車(19)と前記係合装置(25)との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記自動車の前記更なる車軸に接続される前記伝動シャフトを駆動するための前記ギアは、前記係合装置(25)と前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)を前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車(19)に接続する前記伝動装置が、ベルト伝動装置によって構成される少なくとも1つのギア減速ジャンプを含む、請求項1に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)と前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車(19)との間での接続のための前記伝動装置が、前記ベルト伝動装置によって提供されるギア減速ジャンプ、および、前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車(19)とのギア(22)の噛み合いによって提供される少なくとも1つの更なるギア減速ジャンプを含む、請求項4に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)と前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車(19)との間での接続のための前記伝動装置が、前記ベルト伝動装置によって提供される第1ギア減速ジャンプ、および、互いに噛み合う複数のギア(37、21;22、19)の2つのペアによって提供される2つの更なるギア減速ジャンプからなる3つのギア減速ジャンプを含む、請求項5に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)が、前記差動装置の2つの出力シャフト(12、13)の軸と平行、かつ、少し離れて配置される軸を有し、
前記第1ギア減速ジャンプを提供する前記ベルト伝動装置が、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)に強固に接続される第1プーリ(51)を、前記差動装置の前記2つの出力シャフト(12、13)に対して同軸に設置され、前記差動装置の前記2つの出力シャフトのうちの1つ(13)によって軸方向に横切られる中空シャフトに強固に接続される第2プーリ(52)に接続し、
前記第2ギア減速ジャンプを提供する複数のギアの前記ペア(37、21)が、前記中空シャフトに強固に接続される入力ギア(37)と、出力ギア(21)とを含み、
前記第3ギア減速ジャンプを提供する複数のギアの前記ペア(21、19)が、入力ギア(21)と、前記差動装置の前記第2冠歯車(19)によって構成される出力ギアと含み、
前記第2ギア減速ジャンプの前記出力ギア(21)、および、前記第3ギア減速ジャンプの前記入力ギア(22)が、同軸で互いに接続される、請求項6に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。 - 前記第2ギア減速ジャンプの前記出力ギア(21)、および、前記第3ギア減速ジャンプの前記入力ギア(21)が、互いに一列に整列されて前記係合装置(25)によって接続され得る2つのシャフト(23、24)と順に接続される、請求項7に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記第2ギア減速ジャンプの前記出力ギア(21)、および、前記第3ギア減速ジャンプの前記入力ギア(21)が、全く同一のシャフト(23)に順に接続される、請求項7に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記係合装置(25)が、前記ベルト伝動装置と前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)との間に配置される、請求項9に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記係合装置がクラッチ係合装置(25)であり、前記複数のアクチュエータ手段が、電磁または電油アクチュエータ、および、前記アクチュエータの制御のための電子ユニットを含む、請求項1に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)が、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)に接続される第1プーリ(31)上、および、前記内燃エンジンの前記クランクシャフトに接続される第2プーリ(32)上で係合されるエンドレスベルトを含む補助的なベルト伝動装置によって、前記クランクシャフトに接続される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 更なる係合装置が、前記補助的なベルト伝動装置の前記第1プーリ(31)および前記第2プーリ(32)の1つと、前記シャフト(16)および前記クランクシャフトの1つとの間に配置される、請求項12に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記更なる係合装置が、前記内燃エンジンの前記クランクシャフトと前記第2プーリ(32)との間に配置される、請求項13に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記更なる係合装置が、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)と前記第1プーリ(31)との間に配置される、請求項13に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記更なる係合装置が、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)と前記第1プーリ(31)との間に配置される、請求項15に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記ギアボックス装置に接続される前記端部とは反対の前記クランクシャフトの前記端部で、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)を前記内燃エンジンの前記クランクシャフトに接続する前記ベルト伝動装置が、例えば空気調節システムのコンプレッサー、および、ブレーキ・システムのための負圧源のような、前記自動車の1または複数の補助的な装置の制御もする、請求項12に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記補助的なベルト伝動装置の前記エンドレスベルトが、前記複数の補助的な装置の作動のための1または複数の更なるプーリ上に係合される、請求項17に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記第2プーリ(32)が、更なるベルト伝動装置によって1または複数の補助的な装置を制御する第3プーリに順に接続される、請求項17に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
- 前記更なるベルト伝動装置が、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)に対して同軸に配置され、前記電気機械の前記シャフト(16)に対して同軸に設置されもする1または複数の補助的な装置に、係合装置(69)によって同様に接続される管状シャフトを制御する、請求項17に記載の自動車用ハイブリッド動力伝動ユニット。
