Claims (5)
- 上板(60)と下板(70)との構造を有したプレート(50)を積層し、前記上板(60)及び下板(70)の羽根部(61、71)をブレージング接合して、内部に流路が形成されるように構成した熱交換器において、
前記上板(60)の羽根部(61)は鈍角を有して下向きに折り曲げられ、前記下板(70)の羽根部(71)は、鋭角を有して内側方向に上向きに折り曲げられた挿入面(72)と、この挿入面(72)から外側方向に折り曲げられた基面(73)とに成形されて、上板(60)の羽根部(61)が挿入面(72)に差し込まれ、基面(73)と上板羽根部(61)との間にろう材塗布空間(H)を形成したことを特徴とするプレート接合型熱交換器。 - 前記下板(70)の羽根部(71)の挿入面(72)には、内側に突出したエンボス突起(72a)が一定間隔に形成され、上板羽根部(61)の先端は、前記エンボス突起(72a)に引っ掛って差し込まれるバンディング突起(61a)が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレート接合型熱交換器。
- 上板(60)の羽根部(61)は鈍角を有して下向きに折り曲げられ、下板(70)の羽根部(71)は、直角方向に上向きに折り曲げられた挿入面(72)と、この挿入面(72)から外側方向に折り曲げられた基面(73)とに成形されて、上板(60)の羽根部(61)が挿入面(72)の内側に差し込まれるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレート接合型熱交換器。
- 上板(60)の羽根部(61)は鈍角を有して下向きに折り曲げられ、下板(70)の羽根部(71)は、直角から鈍角を成す方向に上向きに折り曲げた挿入面(72)が成形されて、上板(60)の羽根部(61)が挿入面(72)の内側に差し込まれるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレート接合型熱交換器。
- 内部に流路を形成して、羽根部によりブレージング接合された上板(60)及び下板から成るプレート(50)が、複数枚積層された構成を有する熱交換器であって、
前記上板(60)の羽根部(61)は鈍角を有して下向きに折り曲がり、
前記下板(70)の羽根部(71)は、鋭角を有して内側方向に上向きに折り曲げられた挿入面(71)と、該挿入面(72)から外側方向に折り曲がった基面(73)とを有し、
前記上板(60)の羽根部(61)と前記下板(70)の羽根部(71)とは、前記上板(60)の羽根部(61)が、前記下板(70)の羽根部(71)の挿入面(72)に差し込まれて、前記基面(73)と前記上板(60)の羽根部(61)との間のろう材塗布空間(H)に塗布されたろう材により接合されていることを特徴とするプレート接合側熱交換器。
