Abstract
Description
先ず、アクチュエーターが用いられる車輌用前照灯1について説明する(図1及び図2参照)。
次に、ランプユニット9を上下方向へ回動させてレベリング動作を行うためのアクチュエーター30について説明する(図1乃至図5参照)。
以下に、車輌用前照灯1におけるレベリング動作について説明する(図6乃至図9参照)。尚、図6乃至図9には、ランプユニット9及びカバーケース34を示さずアクチュエーター30の動作を上方から見た状態で示す。
以上に記載した通り、アクチュエーター30にあっては、駆動モーター56の駆動力が伝達される駆動力伝達部として機能するギヤ部52aとランプユニット9に連結された出力軸部50とが一体に形成されているため、ギヤ部52aと出力軸部50がそれぞれ被駆動体48の一部として設けられ、部品点数の削減による構造の簡素化を図ることができる。
Claims (5)
- 少なくとも一方に開口を有するランプハウジングと前記開口を閉塞するカバーとによって構成された灯具外筐の内部に配置されたランプユニットの光源から出射される光の照射方向を調整するアクチュエーターであって、
内部に配置空間を有するケース体と、
前記配置空間に配置された駆動モーターと、
前記駆動モーターの駆動力が伝達される駆動力伝達部と前記ランプユニットに連結され前記駆動力伝達部に伝達された駆動力を前記ランプユニットに出力する出力軸部とを有すると共に前記ケース体に前後方向へ移動自在に支持された被駆動体とを備え、
前記駆動力伝達部と前記出力軸部が一体に形成された
アクチュエーター。 - 前記ケース体に前記被駆動体を前後方向へ案内するガイド部が一体に設けられた
請求項1に記載のアクチュエーター。 - 上下方向を向く基板と前記基板上に搭載された電子部品とを有する回路基板が設けられ、
前記駆動力伝達部としてギヤ部が設けられ、
前記配置空間に前記駆動モーターの駆動力によって回転され前記ギヤ部に噛合されたウォームが配置され、
前記電子部品が左右方向において前記駆動モーター及び前記ウォームの側方に位置された
請求項1又は請求項2に記載のアクチュエーター。 - 前記ウォームに噛合され前記駆動モーターの駆動力を前記ウォームに伝達する伝達ギヤが設けられ、
前記基板に外部からの電力が供給されるコネクターが搭載され、
前記伝達ギヤと前記駆動モーターと前記コネクターが左右方向において並んで位置された
請求項3に記載のアクチュエーター。 - 前記被駆動体の前後方向への移動時に前記出力軸部が回転され、
前記出力軸部の周面が球面状に形成された
