（ロ）ビニール加工工場では樹脂シートを重ね融着等にてビニール袋（１）とビニール手袋を一体形成することも可能である。
（ハ）ビニール袋（１）に装着する手袋（５）部分を不織布等の部材にて作る事も可能である。
（ニ）ビニール袋（１）と矩形部分に装着の手袋（５）で一体となって構成されていることを特徴とする。
本発明は以上のような構造である。
本発明を使用する時は、ビニール袋の本体（１）部分を表裏ひっくり返し、金属線とか樹脂等で作った、円形や四角形のフレーム（８）にビニール袋の開口部分（２）の端部を粘着テープ等で取付けし、使用箇所に配置、使用者がビニール袋本体（１）と手袋接続部（６）より、ビニール袋本体（１）の内部にある手袋（５）に、矩形部（４）の外側にあたる切り裂き開口部（７）の内側をより手を嵌める。
フレーム（８）を持つ補助員がいない場合は、手袋付きビニール袋を取付けたフレーム（８）を、エアーリフターやリフト等に取付ければ、一人での使用も可能で、発生するゴミくず等が軽量で少ない場合は、フレーム（８）を片手で持っての一人作業もでき、ビニール袋の開口部分（２）の端部を粘着テープ等で直接天井に止めることもできます。
さらに、手袋（５）部分の部材に不織布等を用いて作った場合は、ビニール袋本体（１）の、開口部（２）をむすんで閉じた後に、不織布で、できた手袋（５）部分より、ビニール袋本体（１）の内部に閉じこめられた、ゴミ及び埃混じりの汚れた空気を、フイルター機能を持つ不織布（ろ材）で、できた手袋（５）を通過させることにより、塵埃は除去されきれいな空気にして、ビニール袋本体（１）内部より、外部に放出でき、ビニール袋本体（１）内部の体積を少なくすることができて、ゴミ袋が嵩張りません。
