Abstract
Description
る特定の分析サーバ58が示されているが、サーバのサービスを利用する制御ルーチンと同じ制御装置内に分析サーバを配置するという概念は、その他の制御ルーチン作業(例えば、MPC制御ブロックなどの制御ブロックへ最適化サービスの提供、プロセスから収集されたデータに基づくMPCコントローラにより使用されるMPCモデルなどのモデルの生成、相関分析の実行、プロセスデータなどのフーリエ変換の生成、等)にも適用できる。当然のことながら、あらゆる場合において、制御ルーチンは、所望のアルゴリズムを実行するために、単に同じコントローラ装置内の分析サーバを呼び出しでき、また、サーバ装置は、制御操作が分析サーバの実行により遅れたり阻止されたりすることが決してないようにするために、制御ルーチンの動作に関して非同期にこれらのアルゴリズムを実施しうる。更にまた、一般的に特定の制御ルーチンの各実行中に行う必要のないような計算作業を実行する際に分析サーバが使用されることが最も好ましい。これは、そうしない場合には、特に制御ルーチンおよび分析サーバが同じプロセッサで実行される場合に、分析サーバが過負荷状態となる可能性があるからである。この場合、制御ルーチンは一般に、コントローラ装置内の制御ルーチンの各実行期間ごとに一回又はそれ以下の頻度で分析サーバへの呼出しを行う。
ユニットの統括的補正性能指標や、現在の期間を以前の期間と比較した傾向表且つ又は一覧表および対応する性能計測を伴う優先ループのリストなどでカスタマイズしうる。保守保全レポートは、制御ループの性能指標を提示し、それらの工場の稼動に関係する重要性に基づいて作業項目の優先度を調整しうる。その他のレポートは、制御性能指標、標準偏差、振動指標、プロセスモデル(利用可能な場合)、自動および相互照合、ヒストグラム、パワースペクトル、などのためのデータを含む統計を提供しうる。
本発明のシステムおよび方式には様々な形式実施形態を適用することが可能であるが、ここにおける開示は例証に過ぎず、本発明をここに記載および図示される特定の実施形態に限定するものではないという認識の元に、本開示に関する特定の実施形態のみが図示され、および上記で説明されている。
Claims (10)
- プロセス制御ループを有するプロセス制御システムを実施する方法であって、前記方法は、
前記プロセス制御ループの動作を制御するために制御ルーチンを実施することと、
トリガーイベントに応じて前記プロセス制御ループの前記動作を示す作動条件データを収集することと、
前記作動条件データに基づいて前記プロセス制御ループのためのプロセスモデルを識別することと、
前記プロセス制御ループの前記動作を評価するために前記プロセスモデルを分析することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記プロセスモデルを分析することは、前記プロセスモデルに基づいて制御の問題を診断することを備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスモデルを分析することは、前記プロセスモデルに基づいてプロセスの変更を識別することを備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスモデルを分析することは、コントローラのチューニング変更を判定することを備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コントローラのチューニング変更を判定することは、適応可能な制御機構を実施するために推薦を生成することを備える請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記コントローラのチューニング変更を判定することは、適応可能な制御機構から適応不可能な制御機構に前記プロセス制御ループを変更するために推薦を生成することを備える請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスモデルを分析することは、前記コントローラのチューニング変更及び前記プロセスモデルに基づいて、前記プロセス制御ループの前記動作をシミュレートすることを備える請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスモデルを識別すること及び前記プロセスモデルを分析することは、前記プロセス制御システムがオンラインで動作している間に、実施される請求項1に記載の方法。
- プロセスモデル履歴に前記プロセスモデルを記憶することを更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスモデルを分析することは、前記プロセスモデルを、前記プロセス制御ループのために以前に識別された他のプロセスモデルと比較することを更に備える請求項9に記載の方法。
