Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、蓄電素子と、蓄電素子に並んで配置される絶縁部材と、蓄電素子との間に絶縁部材を挟み込む金属製の挟持部材と、を備え、絶縁部材及び挟持部材のうちの何れか一方の部材は、一面に開口を有する凹部であって、奥に開口よりも大きな内周の凹側大径部を有する凹部を備え、絶縁部材及び挟持部材のうちの何れか他方の部材は、その先端側に凹側大径部に入る凸側大径部であって、開口よりも大きな外周の凸側大径部を備える。

Description
蓄電素子と、
蓄電素子に並んで配置される絶縁部材と、
蓄電素子との間に絶縁部材を挟み込む金属製の挟持部材と、を備え、
絶縁部材及び挟持部材のうちの何れか一方の部材は、一面に開口を有する凹部であって、奥に前記開口よりも大きな内周の凹側大径部を有する凹部を備え、
絶縁部材及び挟持部材のうちの何れか他方の部材は、その先端側に前記凹側大径部内に配置される凸側大径部であって、前記開口よりも大きな外周の凸側大径部を備える。
凹部は挟持部材に設けられ、凸部は絶縁部材に設けられることが好ましい。
凹部は、複数設けられ、凸部は、凹部と対応する数設けられ、
各凸部は、当該凸部と対応する凹部にそれぞれ嵌り込んでいることが好ましい。
凹部及び凸部は、重ねられた状態の絶縁部材及び挟持部材を一括して部分的に押圧成型することによって形成されていてもよい。
蓄電素子は、所定の方向に複数並べられ、
一対の挟持部材は、複数の蓄電素子をその並び方向の外側から挟み込んでもよい。

Claims (5)
- 蓄電素子と、
蓄電素子に並んで配置される絶縁部材と、
蓄電素子との間に絶縁部材を挟み込む金属製の挟持部材と、を備え、
前記絶縁部材及び前記挟持部材のうちの何れか一方の部材は、一面に開口を有する凹部であって、奥に前記開口よりも大きな内周の凹側大径部を有する凹部を備え、
前記絶縁部材及び前記挟持部材のうちの何れか他方の部材は、その先端側に前記凹側大径部内に配置される凸側大径部であって、前記開口よりも大きな外周の凸側大径部を備える、蓄電装置。 - 前記凹部は前記挟持部材に設けられ、前記凸部は前記絶縁部材に設けられる、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記凹部は、複数設けられ、前記凸部は、前記凹部と対応する数設けられ、
各凸部は、当該凸部と対応する前記凹部にそれぞれ嵌り込んでいる、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記凹部及び前記凸部は、重ねられた状態の前記絶縁部材及び前記挟持部材を一括して部分的に押圧成型することによって形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電素子は、所定の方向に複数並べられ、
一対の挟持部材は、前記複数の蓄電素子をその並び方向の外側から挟み込む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
