Abstract
Description
本出願は、出願番号第61/535,166号を有する2011年9月15日出願の「自動外科用結紮クリップアプライヤ」という名称の現在特許出願中の米国特許仮出願に対する優先権を主張するものであり、その開示は、これによりその全内容が引用により組み込まれる。
1.クリップを部分的に閉じた状態で提示する。
2.1組のアプライヤジョーのようなデバイスが、結紮又はクランプされる血管又は組織をクランプする。アプライヤジョーが、中心の下にチャネルを有し、それは、チャネルにクリップが嵌合することを可能にするのにちょうど十分な大きさである。
3.近位脚を軽く互いに押圧することにより、クリップを開く。
4.アプライヤのジョー内でクランプされた血管又は組織の上でクリップを進める(クリップは、アプライヤジョーのチャネル領域の中を進む)。
5.完全に進んだ状態で、近位脚を解除し、クリップは、部分的に閉じた位置まで跳ね返る。
6.本明細書に開示するクリップの実施形態について説明する近位ロッキング機構を作動又は押圧し、クリップの脚又は「クランプ区画」を血管又は組織上で緊密に閉じさせる。
Claims (19)
- 装着ボスを有する外側管と、
前記装着ボスにピボット式に接続され、作動突起を有する1対のジョーと、
前記外側管内に配置され、かつ該外側管内で軸線方向に移動するように構成され、前記作動突起が配置された作動スロットを有する給送管と、
前記外側管内に配置され、かつ該外側管内で軸線方向に移動するように構成されたクリップロックアームと、
前記外側管内に配置され、かつ該外側管内で軸線方向に移動するように構成され、可撓性挟持器をその一端に有するクリップ前進アームと、を備えている、
ことを特徴とする結紮クリップのためのアプライヤ。 - 前記作動スロットは、前記給送管が前記ジョーに向う方向に移動されたときに該ジョーを開き、かつ該給送管が該ジョーから離れる方向に移動されたときに該ジョーを閉じるように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記クリップ前進アームが前記ジョーから離れるように移動している時にアプライヤ内のクリップが該ジョーから離れるように移動するのを防止するように構成された前記給送管上のバネフィンガを更に備えている、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記給送管内のスロットを更に備え、
前記クリップロックアームの一部分が、前記給送管内の前記スロットを通って延びる、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記可撓性挟持器は、アプライヤ内に配置されたクリップの脚の上を移動し、かつ該脚を閉じた位置に動かすように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記可撓性挟持器は、クリップ上の脚の反対側の後部分を押圧して脚を開いた位置に動かすように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記可撓性挟持器は、前記クリップが前記ジョーの中に移動したときに該クリップの前記脚の反対側の前記後部分を開いた位置まで押圧する、
請求項6に記載のアプライヤ。 - アプライヤ内のクリップのスタックを前記ジョーに向う方向に押圧するように構成されたバネ付勢クリップスタックプッシャを更に備えている、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記スタックプッシャは、前記アプライヤにクリップがない時に前記ジョーの中に延びるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアプライヤ。
- 前記クリップロックアームは、前方に移動される時に、前記ジョー内に配置されたクリップのバットレスと接触し、かつ該バットレスを前方にロッキング空隙の中に移動し、それによって該クリップを閉じた位置にロックするような寸法にされ、かつそのように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記クリップロックアーム、前記給送管、及び前記クリップ前進アームと作動可能に接続されたピボット式レバーを有し、該レバーをピボット回転することによって該クリップロックアーム、該給送管、及び該クリップ前進アームを前記外側管内で軸線方向に移動するハンドルを更に備えている、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記レバーを第1の位置に付勢するバネを更に備えている、
請求項11に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記ハンドルは、前記給送管と前記レバーとに作動的に接続されたジョーリンクを更に備え、該レバーの作動が、該ジョーリンクをして該給送管を近位位置に移動させ、該レバーの更に別の作動が、該ジョーリンクをして該給送管の移動を停止させ、代わりにバネを収縮させる、
請求項11に記載のアプライヤ。 - クリップの端部を捕捉して該クリップを前記ジョーに保持するように構成された、該ジョーの遠位端に設けられた凹部を更に備えている、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 少なくとも部分的に前記凹部を形成し、かつクリップの前記脚上の傾斜面と連通して該クリップを前記ジョーに保持するように構成された傾斜面を更に備えている、
請求項14に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記クリップ前進アームを保持するように構成された前記外側管内のタブを更に備えている、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記給送管は、クリップのスタックを閉鎖又は半閉鎖状態で格納するような寸法にされている、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 前記外側管は、約5mmの直径を有する、
請求項1に記載のアプライヤ。 - 装着ボスを有する外側管と、
前記装着ボスにピボット式に接続され、作動突起を有するクランプ手段と、
前記外側管内に配置され、かつ該外側管内で軸線方向に移動するように構成され、前記作動突起が配置された作動スロットを有する前記クランプ手段を開閉するための手段と、
前記外側管内に配置され、かつ該外側管内で軸線方向に移動するように構成されたクリップを閉じた位置にロックするための手段と、
前記外側管内に配置され、かつ該外側管内で軸線方向に移動するように構成されたクリップを前進させるための手段と、を備えている、
