Abstract
Description

Claims (13)
- 針装置において、前記針装置が、
面取り部を持つ第1の遠位端部を持つ中空シャフトと、
第2の遠位端部を持ち、前記中空シャフト内に移動可能に配置された細長い挿入物と、
第1の状態と第2の状態との間でシフト可能である動作手段と、
を有し、
前記動作手段は、前記動作手段が前記第1の状態にある場合に、前記第2の遠位端部が前記中空シャフト内で前記面取り部の近位に配置され、前記動作手段が前記第2の状態にある場合に、前記第2の遠位端部が前記中空シャフトの外で前記面取り部の遠位に配置されるように、前記細長い挿入物と相互接続される、
針装置。 - 前記細長い挿入物の前記第2の遠位端部が、面取りされた部分、階段状部分及び鈍い部分の少なくとも1つを持つ前面を有する、請求項1に記載の針装置。
- 前記針装置が、前面を持つ光ファイバを有し、前記前面が、前記細長い挿入物の前面に配置される、請求項2に記載の針装置。
- 前記針装置が、前面を持つ第1の光ファイバと、前面を持つ第2の光ファイバとを有し、前記第1の光ファイバの前面が、前記細長い挿入物の前面に配置され、前記第2のファイバの前面が、前記細長い挿入物の前面に配置され、前記第1の光ファイバの前面が、前記第2の光ファイバの前面に対して遠位に配置される、請求項2に記載の針装置。
- 前記動作手段が、電磁駆動及び電動式機械駆動の少なくとも1つの要素を含む、請求項1に記載の針装置。
- 前記動作手段が、前記第1の状態と前記第2の状態との間で前記動作手段を手動でシフトする要素を含む、請求項1に記載の針装置。
- 前記動作手段が、第1のレバー及び第2のレバーを含み、前記第1のレバーが、前記第1の状態と前記第2の状態との間で回転可能であり、前記第2のレバーは、前記レバーの回転運動が前記細長い挿入物の平行移動に変換されるように前記第1のレバーと前記細長い挿入物との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の針装置。
- 前記細長い挿入物は、前記細長い挿入物の第2の遠位端部が前記中空シャフト内で前記中空シャフトの第1の面取り部の近位に配置される位置に対する方向においてばねバイアスされる、請求項1に記載の針装置。
- 前記中空シャフト内の前記細長い挿入物の平行移動をサポートする少なくとも1つのベアリングを有する、請求項1に記載の針装置。
- 光源と、光検出器と、前記光検出器により与えられる信号を処理する処理ユニットとを含むコンソールであって、前記光源及び前記光検出器が前記光ファイバと接続される、前記コンソール、
を有する、請求項3に記載の針装置。 - 光源と、光検出器と、前記光検出器により与えられる信号を処理する処理ユニットとを含むコンソールであって、前記光源及び前記光検出器の一方が、第1の光ファイバと接続され、前記光源及び前記光検出器の他方が、第2の光ファイバと接続される、前記コンソール、
を有する、請求項4に記載の針装置。 - 光学的測定を始動するスイッチ、
を有する、請求項10又は11に記載の針装置。 - 前記スイッチは、前記動作手段が前記第2の状態にある場合に、前記光学的測定を始動する、請求項12に記載の針装置。
