Claims (10)
- 表示画面と;
前記表示画面を介して画像を表示し、第一の量の視覚的情報を含む画像が前記表示画面から第一の見かけの距離のところに表示される第一の閲覧モードと、第二の異なる量の視覚的情報を含む画像が前記表示画面から第二の見かけの距離のところに表示される第二の閲覧モードとの間で切り替えをするよう構成されている画像表示システムと;
前記画像表示システムと通信するコントローラを有するディスプレイ装置であって、
前記コントローラは、論理サブシステムと、前記第一の閲覧モードと前記第二の閲覧モードとの間で切り替えをするよう前記論理サブシステムによって実行可能な命令を含むデータ保持サブシステムとを有する、
ディスプレイ装置。 - 請求項1記載のディスプレイ装置であって、当該ディスプレイ装置からのユーザーの距離を感知するよう構成されたユーザー近接検出システムをさらに有しており、前記コントローラは、当該ディスプレイ装置からのユーザーの前記距離に基づいて前記第一の閲覧モードと前記第二の閲覧モードとの間で切り替えをするよう構成されている、ディスプレイ装置。
- 請求項1記載のディスプレイ装置であって、前記表示画面を見ているユーザーのほうを向くよう構成された第一のカメラと、前記表示画面を見ているユーザーの反対側を向くよう構成された第二のカメラとをさらに有しており、前記コントローラは、前記第一のカメラおよび前記第二のカメラからのデータに基づいて前記ユーザーに呈示される画像を空間安定化させるよう構成されている、ディスプレイ装置。
- 請求項1記載のディスプレイ装置であって、前記第二の閲覧モードが、ユーザーの観点から前記閲覧面の背後に位置する仮想画像が表示される仮想閲覧モードを含む、ディスプレイ装置。
- 請求項4記載のディスプレイ装置であって、前記画像表示システムが:
画像表示装置と;
光学的に前記画像表示装置と前記表示画面との間に位置する凹面をもつ光学要素と;
光学的に前記画像表示装置とは前記光学要素の反対側に位置する反射偏光器とを有する、
ディスプレイ装置。 - 請求項1記載のディスプレイ装置であって、前記コントローラは、ソフトウェア・ユーザー・インターフェース・コントロールおよびハードウェア・ユーザー・インターフェース・コントロールの一つまたは複数を介して受領される入力に基づいて、前記第一の閲覧モードと前記第二の閲覧モードとの間で切り替えをするよう構成されている、ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第二の閲覧モードがニアアイ閲覧モードである、請求項1記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記画像表示システムがマクスウェル視モードを有する、請求項1記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記画像表示システムが可変パワー・レンズ系を有し、前記コントローラが、前記可変パワー・レンズ系のパワーを変えることによって前記第一の閲覧モードと前記第二の閲覧モードとの間で切り替えをするよう構成されている、請求項1記載のディスプレイ装置。
- モバイル装置において画像を表示する方法であって:
ユーザーから前記モバイル装置への距離を検出する段階と;
前記距離が前記モバイル装置からの距離の第一の範囲内であれば、前記画像を、前記画像が前記モバイル装置の表示画面から第一の見かけの距離のところに位置される第一の閲覧モードで表示する段階と;
前記距離が前記表示装置からの距離の第二の範囲内であれば、前記画像を、前記画像が前記モバイル装置の表示画面から第二の見かけの距離のところに位置される第二の閲覧モードで表示する段階とを含む、
方法。
